Absolutely appalling ! Do not use ! The car provided had damage to every area as shown on their sheet, in the dark at the airport on collection a tiny mark on the windscreen was mentioned but apparently not marked on the sheet (probably ran out of ink it was so battered) so now over 6 weeks later are refusing to return the 300€ deposit. Absolutely dishonest - only use if you are happy paying the 300€ extra on your rental as chances are it will end up costing you that on top of your rental!

Rented the car and paid 300 euros in deposit march 28 2023 at Sofia airport. Returned the car in good condition but as of today june 21 2023 the company hasn't paid back the deposit. Tried several emails but no answer. The company doesn't answer phone calls. Trying to handle this via my credit card company.

They steal 300 € deposit

We returned the car in good condition, they confirmed it but they did not return the deposit two months after returning the car. They do not answer to calls or emails.

We returned the car in good condition but they did not return the deposit, despite our chasing. We had to challenge them via our credit card to get the money back.

We rented a car from Sofia. They charged us the price of the car and the deposit (which made the price double) The deposit wasn't held by the credit card company but actually charged. We have been trying to solve this for months! At the beginning they had excuses (company holiday and the likes) eventually they started ignoring us. So we never received our deposit back for no reason. Very disappointing experience

The car itself was clean, comfortable, and in great mechanical condition - a definite testament to their diligent maintenance standards. This was particularly important to me as the journey from Varna to Veliko Tarnovo spans around 200km and can take up to 3 hours.
