Rent a Car 

Hello!
I strongly recommend you to avoid this rental agency. We rented a car in August 2022, we paid about 150 EUR for the rent and gave 300 EUR deposit. Now it is March 2023 and we still don't have back our deposit. This is absolutely crazy, because on our various emails we received no-sense answers with stupid excuses and promise to send money back but no action. DO NOT CONTACT THIS AGENCY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

The car was good. But always always you have to call them for releasing the deposit and they blamed the POS machine!!. Rule of thumb after 2 weeks the deposits must be released not 2 months with 20 calls.

Renting a car from Yes Rent a Car for my business trip to Varna was an excellent decision! Not only did they have four-wheel drive cars available, but the customer service was top notch. The staff were always courteous, willing to answer my questions I had and go out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant experience! I am excited to rent them for my business trips next month.

What a scam, been back over 3 months not had my deposit back. They don’t reply to emails. Don’t use them they are not a good company

Yes Rent a Car was the best decision our family could’ve made for our ski vacation. The rental process was quick and easy and the car was spotlessly clean, not to mention a great deal! I recently rented a car from Yes Rent a Car for a business trip in Sofia, and overall, I had a good experience.

The booking process was straightforward and the staff at the pick-up location in Sofia were helpful and professional. The car itself was clean and well-maintained.

The car was reliable and handled the city traffic well, making my business meetings and appointments easy to get to. However, there was a minor issue with the car, slightly noisy engine.

The drop-off process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

They keep the deposit.

The service is not that bad, the car they gave us was nice. The price for the renting seemed too cheap and now I understand why.

I truly believe this company is scaming customers with the deposit since I'm not the only one.

They won't tell you that they intend to keep your deposit even a month later if you don't keep pressing them and calling them.

Honestly don't know if i have lost more time or money with this people.

Rented a car from Yes Rent a Car. we noticed that instead of blocking the deposit as other rental car companies do, they actually charged it. the car was returned in perfect condition, but until now (already a month), the deposit was not returned.
Seems like this company is a scam. do not use

The took the depoist and months later, i haven't got anything back! bunch of morons work at that company.
The keep giving the same answer, as if you're talking to a robot.

DO NOT USE. They do not hold the 300 Euro deposit, they take it straight away and then never return it. Even when ypu return the car in perfect condition. Its a scam. Absolutely disgusting customer service. 3 months later and still waiting for the money they stole. Had to report as fraud. Just dont bother and please, everyone else who has been affected, please report to your card fraud team. Ive raised two fraud investigations so the more people that speak out the better chance we have to get these shut down and bought to justice.

Don't rent a car from this company.they ask you for extra money for any damages and they don't return your money even if the car is in perfect condition.

Do not rent from this company they take your deposits for any damages either if the car is damage or in perfect condition

A deposit of €300 was never returned ... with claims, pleas, FRAUD

This company is a scam. I booked through booking.com do thought would be secure. They took £300 deposit, I returned the car in perfect condition and 2 months later I have not been refunded the deposit. When calling they say that can only deal with issues via email but they do not respond to email. Booking.com have also opened a case and they are not responding to booking.com either.
