Rent a Car 

This company specifically in Bulgaria is a SCAM. Do not rent from this company. As been said before they charge the deposit instead of blocking it and never return it. Don't answer the phone and if they do the boss is never around. WhatsApp they say write an email to customer service, and when you write to customer service than you start getting every available excuse you can think of, they have a problem with returning the money to your card so they ask for your IBAN and after you give them the IBAN they say that their billing department has technical issues and so on, every email new excuse. From them you don't see the deposit back so you can only try to contact your credit card company or bank to try resolve this with them. Conclusion: stay away from Yes Rent A Car Bulgaria!

We didn't book the car in advance through this agency as the reviews were not good. We had no luck with another agency (no car available), we just walked into Yes (Auckland Airport). They have one hybrid car available - just right what we needed. The customer service was great. The car was clean. The price is reasonable. The same good experience was with drop-off. We were also offered a ride to the airport but we didn't use this as we headed to a different place. Everything was great and we're completely satisfied.

We recently hired Yes Rent a Car for our winter vacation in Borovets, Bulgaria and were very pleased with the service. The car was in excellent condition and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had no trouble getting to our destination and back, and we felt safe driving in the snow. Highly recommend Yes Rent a Car!

Dirty car! It's pretty obvious from the reviews above that the deposit will not be returned. It's a scam, I was charged another 200 for a scratch that THEY DID THEMSELVES 1 hour after the car returnal and because they claimed that I smoked in the car which is not true since I have never smoked in my whole life. I had to contact my lawyer.

I recently had the opportunity to rent a car from Yes Rent a Car for a trip from Sofia to Bansko, and I have to say it was an outstanding experience. The process of reserving the car online and picking it up after that was seamless and the staff was extremely helpful.

The car itself was in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained. It was a pleasure to drive and made the trip to Bansko so much more enjoyable. The car was very comfortable and had all the features we needed for the trip like AC, GPS and heated seats.

The drive from Sofia to Bansko was beatiful and we enjoyed the scenic route. The car handled well on the road and we felt safe during the whole trip.

I highly recommend Yes Rent a Car to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable car rental company. They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Five stars!

I recently rented a car from Yes Rent a Car for a road trip through Bulgaria. Overall the experience was good.

Firstly the process of reserving and picking up the car was relatively simple, the staff was polite.

The car itself was in good condition and met our needs. Some small details, like the windows and mirrors, could have been better attended to before we took possession of the car.

Despite these minor issues, the car got us safely from point A to point B and overall, the rental experience was satisfactory.

They stole your money deposit, 300 € from October and I don't have my money back. don't reply when you send emails... So today finally i visited a lawyer here in Spain and will send a letter

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Yes Rent a Car for a business trip and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the level of service and quality of the vehicle. From the moment I landed on the airport, the staff was friendly and helpful in getting me set up with the perfect car for my needs. The car itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the features I needed for my trip.

During the rental period I had a small issue with the car and the team quickly resolved it with minimal inconvenience to me. I really appreciate their prompt and professional service.

Worst rent-a-car ever tried in my life.
They claimed 300€ against damages which we did not do. They claimed another 200€ saying we smoked in the car which is not true (I never smoked in my life!).
I feel like I was scammed!

Strongly to avoid! As you can read in many reviews - upon pick-up of the car, they charge 300 EUR deposit from the Bank Card. They do not block this amount - they write it off immediatelly.
I returned the car in perfect condition, even the company confirmed this in their communication. However, I had to take many steps to get my deposit back. Eventually, I ended up consulting the lawyer and writing a formal legal notice to the car rental company (and the broker discovercars through which I rented this car). My deposit was returned after almost 3 months of consistent communication and pushing from my side and many lame excuses from the car rental company. On top of that, I would never use discovercars broker again neither. They did not help and they still cooperate with such a scam companies as Yes Rent A Car. I hope you read this and avoid dealing with both.

After returning the car in perfect condition, they charged me a deposit of 300€ on 30 September and to date 31 December I have not received a reply to my claims and they have not returned MY money.
They are a bunch of cheeky and unethical people.
I hope no one else rents you a car.

I recently rented a car for my business trip to Varna, Bulgaria. I was a bit apprehensive about it because I had never done it before and was worried about all the potential problems that could happen. Yes Rent a Car exceeded all mu expectations. I got the car when I arrived at the airport and everything was fine!

I wish I had searched for reviews before renting from this company. Apparently they scam their clients by not returning the deposit. It’s been over a month and still no refund. They do not reply to emails and do not answer the phone. Got the bank involved and will do whatever it takes. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The positive feedbacks bust be fake! Worst car rental company ever!!!!!

Yes rent a car was easy to work with from start to finish. We had the car delivered at Varna Airport and everything was went smoothly. I would recommend Yes Rent a Car for anyone looking for a good rental car experience!

I rented a car for a couple of days, gave a depostif of 300 EUR and returned the car in an impeccable state. I had to chase them by email and phone calls so that I refund my deposited money. However, after 3 months of chasing, I finally get a refund.

We hired a suv from Yes rent a car in Varna. The process was easy and smooth, the whole thing was around 20 minutes. The car was clean and with full tank. We a issue with flat tyre, but the car was loaded with repair kit and we were good to go again.

Excellent customer service. The staff was courteous and helpful and the car was ready when we arrived. The company offers good services and flexible conditions. It’s a pity that the don’t offer services in Hungary also.

Still waiting for deposit refund. Should have been repaid on 1st November. Lots of excuses and reassurances but still waiting. I would not recommend using this company.

We rented a small car from Varna Airport, everything was fine. We had to wait a little bit because of other clients, but not a big problem. The car was relatively new and we didn’t had any issues with it. We left the car at Sofia Airport at their office. Thanks for the good trip that we had!
