Rent a Car 

The company is refusing to release my deposit. Upon contacting them, they only refer to the regulations etc, the car was returned in good conditions and the provider gave me his signature that the deposit will be returned without any issues.

The deposit of €300 has not been returned and if it is not returned soon I’ll be forwarding a complaint of the company to commission for consumer protection in Sofia 4A Slaveyskov Sq.

I will contact my lawyer as well. This is not acceptable. I have a proof of their promises the money will be sent to me but it never happened. It has been more than 1 month since I returned the car.

Hiring a car from Yes Rent a Car was very smooth process. We booked the car through our trip agent. When we arrived at the airport in Varna, they were waiting for us with the car and all the documents prepared. The return was also easy and fast, we didn’t had any problems. The price was very reasonable.

We hired a car from Yes Rent a Car in Varna for a small black coast trip. The process was very smooth and fast, the whole procedure was like less than 20 minutes. The car was latest model renault clio with no scratches or anything like that. We returned the car in the same condition and everything was also fine.

I note many have not had deposits returned. Make sure you place a full complaint as this is unacceptable.
I have a home and residency in Bulgaria and this kind of thing is really what gives the country a bad name for corruption and fraud, it’s not good for anyone.

Don't trust them to get your deposit back. The contract says they refund you back between 14 and 30 days but that's a lie !
Still waiting for it and that's a mess!

Rented a SUV Nissan from Yes rent a Car. The process was very smooth, we booked the car from their website and when we arrived at the Varna airport they were waiting for us to fill the rest of the documents and check the car. The whole process took us less than 20 minutes. We had a issue with a flat tyre, but it turned that it was all on us(because my wife hit a small curb). We rang to let them know and surprisingly they were very cooperative and nice over the phone. Thanks guys!

Scammers. My rental car was returned to Sofia Airport in perfect condition. I was told my deposit of 250 euros would be returned within 14 days. Nothing returned and no response from the company.

We had a really good experience with these guys. We took the car for less than 20 minutes with all the documents and stuff we had to sign. The return was also fast and the people were very cooperative. We got our deposit back just 5 days after that.

Service was ok, but they do not return deposits. So, add that to their "low rate" before you decide on renting from them.

It’s been 55 days since I’ve returned the car, and my deposit is still missing.

If you rent from these clowns, forget about your deposit.

Yes to Yes Rent a Car. We hired a car from these guys for our small family trip around Bulgaria. We really wanted to visit the country outside of the tourist seasons so we can have a relaxing holiday and also visit some sight seeings without too many people. We rented a little bigger car so we can fit 2 adults and 2 children. They waited us at the Varna airport and the whole process took us around 15-20 minutes to fill the documents and take the car to start our trip :) The car was new, clean and with a full tank. We had a flat tire at some point, but we managed to fix it fast.

We hired a car from Yes Rent a Car. We arrived at the Varna Airport and representative was waiting for us with a sign with our names. The process of taking the car was smooth and fast. The car itself was brand new Renault Clio 2022, the only downside was that we couldn’t smoke in the car, but it was not big deal at all.

Our trip agent recommended this company and they were no wrong. We booked a small city car in the economic class and we were delighted. The car was really new, nice and clean. The car and agent waited us at the Varna airport, we signed a few documents for 10 minutes and we were in the car. Really well organised process.

It was really great deal. Our reservation was for mini class, but they upgraded for free with brand new Dacia Logan. It was very economical to run. Definitely recommend and will use them again when we go back in Bulgaria.

I use this company every time i need a car and i am happy with their service. They have a very good cars and perfect insurance with zero excess and you can drive safely. The cars are brand new, and well maintained, easy pick up and return. I recommend it
