Absolutely superb: Alan is professional yet friendly, with the patience of Job! I was buying a property in London with my son, with me "gifting" my contribution; this necessitated extra red tape for my son's lender (my son was obtaining a mortgage arranged by Alan) and with Alan's expert guidance my paperwork was accepted immediately. Really engaging from the offset - Great to have a good conversation around the needs and also the financial implications this time around given the current interest rates.
