I wish I had searched this company on Trustpilot BEFORE I made the purchase from them. Most of the reviews don't lie here. Be warned!

Please cancel my order #32235 since 18th August 2020. And give me back my refund.

Please cancel order 32862 and refund my money to credit card. These items were ordered on 11/12/20. No communication. Disappointed.

I placed order #32559 nearly two months ago, on September 29th for a total of $224.99!!!! The charge of course immediately came out of my credit and went to a shady Paypal account that has nothing to do with the entity's name. I have received nothing but an order confirmation the day of. I tried to visit the website for help but it is no longer up for use. I then called a customer service number I had to dig the internet for, only to go to a strange voicemail box. I am so deeply disappointed. I needed this mat roll to help ailing family members get around the house easier, and now I am left without not just the mat roll for their benefit, but $224 that I can't get back to purchase elsewhere. Money is so tight right now. Over $200 GONE.....I really hope somehow I can get my money back.

Just like all the other reviews. its been over a month since placing order and getting a confirm. No product. I suspect that they fill orders by ordering from WalMart and since WM is currently out of stock, they are now unable to fill orders? Not sure how this company stays in business. I will be asking my CC company for assistance in getting money back.

Not a word since. Tried calling and emailing.
This company is a total scam. I wish I had read reviews before I placed my order.
All they need to do is respond - if product on back order, just let me know. Or let me cancel my order.

I wish I wouldve read the reviews about this company before i made the mistake and purchased something off their website. Almost 2 months no product and no response to emails. Hopefully others dont make the same mistake as I did so they dont have money stolen from them.

Ordered an aero Pilates Box and Pole in May 2020. No product, no response to emails, no refund. I’m appalled at the lack of customer service. I have been scammed.

Ordered a yoga mat on August 25. Took my money, no yoga mat delivered, no response to my emails, no way to track my order.
After I posted this review, my money was refunded a week later.

Ordered and paid for product on 8/19/2020. Nothing on website to indicate when products are shipped. No response to two emails sent this week. Will dispute with my credit card company.

I placed an order on July 10th, sent an email three days after that and haven't received a single reply from them. I already bought the item from another website and I want my money back.

Placed an order on the 4th of May, three weeks late with no updated information I emailed to ask for an update and received no response. 3 months have now passed and have still received no information so will be reqesting a refund.

Like many other current reviews I didn't receive my order in 7 - 10 days and communication about my order status was lacking. I sent 2 polite emails asking for my order to be cancelled and have now received a refund. Thank-you very much.
These are trying times for everyone!!!!! We don't know the challenges Yogamatstore is facing. Have some patience and compassion. I believe they are working hard to get things straight.

This was honestly a pretty good experience. I had interest in some yoga mats and emailed the listed email contact about availability. I received a response within 24 hours telling me that they had stock and to let them know when the order was placed. I let them know when the order was placed and although I never received tracking, I received the order in 7 days.

Total scam. I made a purchase 3 months ago (Order #29159 if anybody at this "business" is reading) and it never arrived. The credit card charge came from a shady Paypal account with an unrelated name. There is no parent company info on their website, just an email address which I contacted twice asking for a refund and never got a response.

Same here. Ordered an item last Friday and till today there's no correspondence about the shipping status. They dont have a customer number, so have to rely on the emails which is taking forever from their end.

After reading comments, I see that I have been scammed as well. $143.50. No correspondence. No tracking number and my credit card has been charged. I emailed YOGA MAT STORE requesting a tracking number. No reply. I'll be calling my CC company to report the fraud. [order ID is #31802]
**UPDATE: Over a month later, I received the product drop shipped via Walmart.. No shipment confirmation from yogamatstore so I'm not even sure if this was actually my order. All very mysterious. I have yet to receive any replies from my inquiry emails to Yogamatstore.

I ordered resistance bands and door anchor that were sold out elsewhere. My charge card has been charged for these items even though I have not received any news of shipping and arrival of these items. Order number is 31863. I would like a refund.

I have ordered a yogamatt, order #31707 last 6th of July, and still no news about the shipping, though the charged through Paypal has been done immediatly. Please refund or give a feedback to your costumers.

Placed an order and never received any communication from the company. They received my payment ASAP via paypal but have not replied to any emails. My order number is #31606 and they won't send my order. I want a refund.
