Great Customer Service
When I initially contacted Youi Insurance, it was to get a quote for our house and contents insurance. Although Wayne was courteous and understood our insurance needs,and explained the necessary insurance information, the quote was unfortunately not within our budget at this time and was also more expensive than what we are currently paying with our current insurer. We did however take out 2 car insurance policies which Wayne was able to help us with.

Youi Lived up to their Ads for saving money for Insurance.
The man who served me I believe his name is Claudius was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful and I felt he really was doing the best deal for me. I saved about $410 dollars which is a big saving for a person on a pension. I have seen their ads on TV and thought I would get a quote, and I did not tell them what my quote was from a Company I have been with over 6 years and I was blown away. Just give them a call when your insurances come up.

I would of given a 5 star rating if I didn't have to wait so long for youi to mark my claim as not at fault when I was the innocent party involved in a hit and run I supplied dash cam footage showing the car that hit me and got the registration number filed a police report and supplied the event number then I was told I had to pay the excess of I wanted my car repaired or to wait for however long it takes for the police to track down the person responsible thus happened on the 20/02/26 and my car was not repaired until 29/06/26

YOUI staff are always available and helpful
YOUI staff are always kind, gentle, courteous and available every time I have had to call, and previously when a car smashed into our house, they did absolutely everything, we didn't have to do anything besides phone to register our claim. Left it with them and everything got repaired. Best insurance company ever!

Safe drivers need to call Youi to save money
The customer service officer was outstanding. Honestly I dread these calls and this guy made me laugh until the dotted line was signed (because of the price and guarantees).
I had been with Budget that gives the cheapest car insurance for years in online quotes, although every year I call to get better deal if possible. BUT if you call Youi and you are a good reliable safe driver, they actually reward you by reducing the rates. With Budget I am paying more for all the drivers who have accidents, despite being with them for years.
I was genuinely surprised that my price went down $200 because of my good driving history and they allow a couple of unlisted drivers a month for free.
I know this sounds like a bought review but I just had a good experience, that got me what I wanted, a fair rate for my own personal driving history.
I truly believe this should be more common knowledge. Who doesnt want to save money?

A bit misleading , I was just entering details to get a quick quote , but then at the end as you enter your phone number , I was told I would receive a phone call , I was only doing this because it said receive a quote straight away, did not say at the start I would have to get a phone call , if it did , I wouldn’t have bothered as I start work 3am and was late when I was doing this and also it wasn’t cheaper then my current insurance anyway

I'm disappoint that you say replacement…
I'm disappoint that you say replacement car supplied but when you find out damage was by a kangaroo no car is given. I'll be looking for a new provider once damage is fixed as other companies do provide replacement cars no matter what. My car will not be fixed for three plus months it's off the road underivable.
