WAITING FOR ORDER FROM APRIL 2022. GIFT FOR SILVER WEDDING . EMAIL THEM ,NO ANSWER FOR MONTHS ,TAKEN OVER IN DEC 2022 SO THEY SAY PROMISED ORDER BY JAN 2023 , TO DATE MAY 5TH 2023 STILL NO ORDER RECEIVED .

Still waiting for an order placed in january. Communication is rubbish.
Have requested the goods or a refund but still not getting anywhere. Very disappointed, looks like I will have to try and get money back via the bank, complete let down.

Ordered 2 Mr & Mrs signs (1 for my daughters wedding in April and the other for mine in June) at end of December. Emailed them 2 weeks ago and no response. Tried to open website tonight and it’s conveniently unavailable. Requested a full refund. No signs or refund has been received yet. Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered last month. Order has not arrived. Messaged a few times and no reply. Do not order from this ‘company.’

Don’t touch this company even with a barge pole. Ordered a wedding gift, after two weeks still hadn’t arrived. Emailed them, they said it was in production, waited another two weeks and emailed them many more times . Absolutely no response whatsoever.

Absolute cheating. Money gone, you never get anything. NEVER ORDER THERE. Pretend to solve your problem, when you contact then. When they tell your, your order has been sent and you never get anything, they don´t react at all anymore

Never recieved order money taken out of bank numerous emails to company nothing back don't order from this company you will not receive your order and lose your money terrible company

I made two orders one which I needed refunding as the item had a mistake when I ordered and second with a money off voucher. I’ve emailed countless times plus contacted via online order forms and Facebook messenger and I have had no refund and after 20 days of waiting no item leaving £50 short and youreverydaygift.com up £50 with massive smiles on their faces

My only involvement was in respect of goods paid for and not received. This was not resolved and only resulted in an extremely disappointing email exchange with the supplier.

Assuming this is the company with # 855 718-1481 based in NY it is completely bogus. After a small charge for shipping only they ran my card for $68.49 and I still have not received anything from them. Credit card company alerted the follow-up charge as a scam.

Ordered a mr and Mrs sign for my wedding, it arrived yesterday and it’s beautiful, exactly what I wanted, very happy with it.

I am more then happy for my Mr&Mrs plaque, it was just what we wanted for our wedding day, great lovely service in everyday.

Order 2 memorial photo upload candles holders and they were superb and the service was excellent.

Order Thursday and arrived Saturday so thanks for a great service all round.

Still waiting order from April this company does not answer your emails. They must be quids in with all the payment for orders not received!

Ordered goods on 3rd October...received part order but not a personalised gift...numerous e-mails and text messages all I get back is we are away at moment a membervof customer service team will be in touch...still waiting.
All I want is money back ....

I ordered 17.09.22 and I am still waiting for my order. I have only email to state there were delays and my order was in for production. I have since emailed 4 times and filled out two enquire forms and still nothing.
I have no way of getting my money refunded and no way of contacting them as the website now states it’s down for maintenance.

Wish I’d read reviews first,then not ordered!!!!
No personalised gift has arrived and no response to contact query……
Shouldn’t be allowed to trade when they don’t deliver or refund .

I ordered a personalised necklace as a graduation gift for someone on 04.09.2022 which they said would arrive on 12.09.2022. I have sent multiple messages on different dates requesting the tracking number and for an update on where my item is but, they continue to ignore my messages. I've paid them £64.98 (about £5.00 of this total went towards fast delivery) and so I should have received this by 13.09.2022 but, instead I'm left without the item I've paid them for and so it seems they've just taken my money and chosen to ignore my correspondence. I would stay clear of Your Everyday Gift as they just steal money and don't send the item you pay them for.

Edit:01.11.2022 after still not receiving any replies to my multiple messages to Your Everyday Gift I put in a claim to Paypal and got a refund via them. It's disposable that this company is still running and has not been shut down. I would advise anyone who's fallen into the same trap of thinking you're going to receive your item to go straight to Paypal because Your Everyday Gift take your money and continue to ignore messages once you ask why your item has still not arrived.

I ordered 2 wedding tealight holders back in April for both my kids who get married next year, I have still not received them or a refund, I have emailed several times, had a couple of replies, one saying they’ve been take over and are working through the orders and another saying my order will be ready next week (several weeks have passed since then) they have not replied at all to my last few emails , terrible customer service, there were a few more wedding things I was going to order, so glad I didn’t as I would have lost a lot more than the £25 for the candle holders, I wouldn’t advise anyone to order from here, I am so disappointed not to receive my order 5 months on from placing it.

Placed an order on August 16th, no correspondence from them until I chased on Sep 10 stating in production. Emailed them now 3 times more: 17/9, 25/9 (no response to either) and today again. Terrible customer service and still no product sent.

Additonal info: Possibly due to this review, I have finally recieved communication from them stating that they have refunded me (I had started this process via paypal already), stated they had replied to emails, despite me sending them photographic evidence showing no response and only the email they sent yesterday in the thread. They offered to send me the product if I change my review on here. I'm not willing to be bribed. Good customer service should be an expectation and to remedy a poor situation, not given just to get a poor review changed.
