I ordered 2 bottles of personalised gin on the 28th April as birthday presents ,nothing received and the birthdays have now passed. I have emailed several times and still nothing delivered No refund either. When I log into my account it states completed . There was no tracking number either therefore unable to track delivery.

After a long delay, due to change of ownership. I was always notified about my order.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I Placed Order No: 2953 on 24th April and paid £14.49 for a personalised floral triple tea light box. I've lost count the number of times I have e-mailed them and on the odd occasion I do get a reply it has just been lies. I've been told my order is being posted, then I am going to be refunded, then the company has been taken over and the matter was being sorted, all rubbish. Today I have commented twice on 2 of their Facebook posts and they keep removing them, then they messaged to say instead of commenting could I message them directly to try and keep me quiet. I just don't want anybody else being sucked into their scam and losing their hard earned money.

Excellent service , they took over the company and updated me with my order every step , recieved today and very happy with what I purchase

I placed an order 6 weeks ago (14th of may) I had an order confirmation along with my order number which is 3731. I emailed the beginning of this month chasing it had NO response.

Emailed AGAIN yesterday to have a very vague reply of 'This will be with you by next week' I then questioned further for a tracking number. As the website states that personalised orders are dispatched within 72 hours, which would make it the 19th of May for dispatch. To be told that IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN DISPATCHED YET!? It's just absolutely shocking, 0 communication whatsoever and not very reassured or filled with confidence that I will even receive this.

I understand personalised gifts cannot be returned, but in this case with the dreadful communication, lack of trust and no update at all. I expect to send this back for a full refund.

Don't bother wasting your time with this company.. it seems I am not the only one either given all the bad reviews.

After publishing a review on the very poor service I received - took my money & no item was sent! They were quick to reply that they had refunded me! This would have been great except the refund never went thru so I stand by my original review - avoid at all costs.

Ref order number 1505.......Just bad! Still patiently waiting for an order from late February 2022. Lots of failed promises, vague and misleading messages and now..............no response and still no goods that I have paid for or refund. They are still trading. I have given them loads of chances......... take my advice and do not buy from this company

After 12 weeks my triple tea light order had finally arrived. The new owners have fulfilled the order and I am happy with the item. It is a shame it has taken so long and I hope the new owners continue to fulfil the orders and make a success of the business.

Edit: messages were eventually replied too on 18/6/22. I was kept up to date with the progress and the tealight holder finally arrived today 23/6/22. It is lovely and very good quality.

Ordered a tealight holder back in April. (Order no: 2974) Got an email stating they were out of stock but would be dispatched as soon as they were available. Numerous emails have been sent and the replies are always the same. The last email I received was on 29th May advising the company had been taken over and I would receive my order within 7-10 days, as of today I still haven't received my order or a full refund after numerous ignored requests. You have found the time to update your Facebook picture .

Red flag straight away! I ordered a wedding gift, which was on offer. After I paid for it I received an email saying it was out of stock. I have repeatedly requested a refund. Initially they suggested I order an alternative gift, any response has ignored the refund request and now they are just ignoring emails when I ask them to confirm when I will be refunded.
Just checked 14.06.22 and the website says “Down for Maintenance”

**On 25.06.22 I missed a Royal Mail delivery and with it being a Saturday cannot collect until Monday at the earliest. I also received the following email from your everyday gifts. Make of it what you will but I think the tone of this and the reply to this review is not exactly customer friendly. I would love to know what emails too?

27.06.22 I collected the parcel today and not really impressed with the finish on it at all. However, I’ve updated the review as they requested me to. Unfortunately, I can’t figure out how to add the photographs I’ve taken of it.

Ordered a gin on the 10th may for my daughters birthday on the 2nd June. 4 weeks later and no gin, no refund and no replies from company 😡

Ordered a rose gold trinket box. Took a few weeks to arrive. But pleased with the product

Ordered a personalised item on the 9th May and paid £4.99 for 48hr tracked Royal Mail delivery - never had notification of tracking number and have emailed them twice to see where my order was with no response. This item was for a 21st birthday which has now been and gone ... very disappointed !! Won't be recommending them to anyone - shocking customer service !
