ABSOLUTE FRAUDS.
I ordered on the 14th of May. Had 0 communication from them, I've emailed sent messages on instagram and had nothing.

The only response I did get was extremely vague explaining my order still hadn't been dispatched. Which I find hard to believe considering it should've been made by now. Turn around for personalised items is 72 hours... meaning should've been shipped on the 18th.

Taken my money and no sign of getting it back. I've raised a complaint and contacted my bank for a full refund.

I ordered and received a personalised wedding candle. Ordering online was very straightforward and delivery didn’t take long. I was more than impressed with the product, was definitely value for money and will not hesitate to order from Your Everyday Gift again.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. Please do not waste your money like I have mine. I placed my order over 3 months ago. I have been getting the runaround since then. The latest email now telling me that my order number does not exist! Order from elsewhere is my advice.

I ordered an item on 11th May and still havent received it. Communication from this company has been terrible - I have sent a number of emails which they havent reponded to and I've now had to raise a complaint with Paypal in order to get a refund. Very disappointed with this company - they basically took my money fraudulently and didnt deliver the item I ordered. Be wary of using them

I ordered a personalised teddy bear for my daughter's teacher as an end of term gift. I was advised when my order had been received and updated at all times until I received it, which was within a very reasonable timescale and well in advance of when I need it for. The bear is good quality and exactly what I ordered. I have no complaints with the service I have received.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Ordered a lantern 12th may, after I'd not received it i got in touch to be told they'd being taken over, was told it would be delivered the week after next, again that came and went and still no goods. Posted on their fb page on the Lantern Post asking how long it takes to process and got told two days. When I then asked where's mine they told me to e mail them, but I'd already done this and got no reply. My comments were quickly deleted as I guess like others had being too. I've now had a message saying they can't deliver and I have to go to my bank and arrange a refund....

The gift l ordered arrived in time stated well packaged. Lovely and well made. Thankyou ordered another gift from this company.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 3rd May and no product and no refund after many emails...oh and a rude response on one occasion...not sure how they can justify that! Please do not send them your money and look elsewhere

I ordered the tea light holder I'm absolutely delighted with it, although I had to wait a bit longer for it as company had been taking over , they kept in touch with me about what was happening, definitely will be ordering again x

Well I have finally received the gift we ordered back at the beginning of May.
Just to say that everything I have written is very much true...despite being asked by the company to change my review now that it had been sent. They are missing the point of a review.

Be very careful when ordering from this company as all you get are lies and more lies.
Ordered a personalised photo album for a wedding present back in early May and three or four times now when I chase with an email, all I get are empty promises that it will be delivered by next Thursday......well guess what, that Thursday, like all the other Thursday that have been promised, never comes.
I am now at the stage where my patience has worn so thin, that I am getting Trading Standards involved.
Just because so many people are not aware of what is required legally on a website, this company's website is totally illegal, and does not meet with UK requirements, so be aware....You have been warned.
One other thing that I would say, is to treat the positive reviews with caution.

I had to wait a while as company was took over but every time I contacted them they couldn’t be more nicer please be patient people they are doing their hardest to work their way through the orders and get them sent out I ordered a tea light holder over the moon with it a bonus was top comes off to store candles inside 10/10 for me excellent quality
