Order a wedding candle and it was superb and very fast delivery

Do not order from them, there process time and delivery time on their site is way out, when you email them they don’t always get back to you, when they do they are very blunt with their answers, then they backtrack on what they originally said, in the end had to go through PayPal to get my money back, they say they are new owners trying to improve but with the experience I had with them it doesn’t look like it, save your money shop elsewhere

I’m not even sure this company are worth bothering with as you write a review albeit a bad one and there is no way of contacting them. They take your money quickly and nearly 4 months later you still haven’t received the goods. Wish they were as quick to get in touch as they are to take your money.

I ordered a personalised wedding gift to celebrate my daughters wedding, I am so pleased with it. Delivery was a little slower than expected however on contacting customer services they explained the delay and it arrived a couple of days afterwards. A lovely keepsake, good value for money. I know that my daughter will love it, thank you so much 😊

I purchased a personalised leaf wedding ornament for my daughter and daughter and son in law. It’s so beautiful and personalised makes it very special. I’m absolutely sure they are going to love it. Extremely well packaged. I would recommend buying from this company they have lovely unique gifts

Our order still hasn’t arrived. It was apparently posted next day delivery - last Thursday.
Totally unacceptable service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are totally unreliable.

Ordered a vase from here and it is lovely!
When we ordered, there was no confirmation email and the money was taken out of the bank. We tried to email but got no response and got a little concerned over this. However, finally got in contact through Facebook.
Once communication was achieved, they did everything possible to track down the parcel and we’re fantastic! Plus we got it to us through very quick delivery!
Overall really pleased with the item and fantastic customer service to get the item to us after a hiccup in delivery!

So people since my last update I have contacted this company three times to ask explanation of e mail they sent me saying order complete. Nearly five months on no order and no refund. To late for order now as my sons wedding is over. I have sent evidence of their e mail and a copy of 84.00 taken from my account illegally. They say to trust pilot think it is another company, rediculous when I have proven this is them. I will carry on with this until I get recognition not just for me but for all the other customers they have ripped off too. Shame on you despicable human beings

I ordered the wedding candle for a friend's up coming wedding. It was exactly like the pic , I'm so happy with it .. its a lovely keep sake for them

Terrible still not received my gifts and the wedding as been and gone, took 38 pounds out of my bank account and still waiting

Placed an order 18/4/22 for a wedding gift dated mid June. Confirmation received as usual, then a week later another e-mail saying how they had been inundated with orders and were awaiting more stock, did I want to wait or get a refund? The timeframe quoted gave enough time for them to get new stock, print and send to me so opted to wait. The next message I got was to say that they had been taken over by another company but my order would still be fulfilled (lies) or I could have £25 put into an account for me to spend with them at a later date. Wasn't interested in any of that, just wanted the damn candle holder. The date I needed the gift for came and went with no sign of any goods, e-mailed company to request a refund as no longer needed, it was too late, I was just ignored. No-one got back to me from any communication I sent. Then, lo and behold, an e-mail arrived 16/7/22 to advise me that my order, #2730, had had it's status changed to completed!!! Well, I wrote back to ask how???? seeing as it had not yet been delivered, how the hell can it be completed???? I got a reply to that one, just 3 words, ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED. replied pointing out that no goods have been received, no refund had been applied, so when could I expect my refund?? Guess what, not heard a thing since. Obviously this company are scammers and thieves, I do not recommend this company whatsoever.

I ordered a personalised wedding candle for my granddaughter's wedding. I received it within a week and am so happy with it and I am sure my granddaughter will love it on her wedding day 03/08/2022 Thank you and I will be ordering again from you.
