So I am very confused as I made an order and I have just noticed the reviews from this website, and it’s looking like this could be a scam website i ordered from. I order on my minoxidil on January 2nd and have not received anything, it still says ready to ship. Also it says it does not provide tracking number, is this common for this website. I was thinking this website would be my go to now for hair products but now I am freaked out that I won’t even get my order. Wat am I suppose to do?
Update: so I eventually got my product like almost 3 weeks later. The problem is they provide no tracking so I had no clue if I was getting scammed or not. I emailed them and they answered right away that I should eventually get it but provided no timeline. Atleast they responded which I appreciate it They called right when they were delivering the package so I at-least I knew to get the package.
Never receive items that I purchased
Placed an order on 7Dec2024. Haven’t received any items on 31Dec2024. The customer services department is not solving issue just ask you to wait and be patient. Really bad shopping experience.

I have had my last two subscription deliveries cancelled as they did not have the product. In the meantime my sister has been receiving hers. Nobody has responded to my concerns. Highly discourage buying from this vendor.
Zymox Otic for dogs
Ordered Zymox for my dog on sale for $29.95 found a 10% off coupon and it said 2-4 days delivery. I was hesitant in ordering because of the bad reviews. I ordered it last night Dec 22 and I have it now Dec 23rd. I do live in Toronto so that helps but I have absolutely nothing bad to say. All good. I’ll use them again with zero fear
A month since order was placed, have received nothing
I placed an order with Zecoya over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them dozens of times now to receive updates and/or to ask for a refund and I receive a useless response every time. If Zecoya does not rectify this, it is fraud. I will continue posting negative reviews about this company until they reimburse me.

This company is a joke. Scam artists as far as I'm concerned. It's funny you guys will reply to people complaining about your horrible service on trust pilot but do absolutely NOTHING to rectify a reasonable solution to YOUR guys mistakes and errors. I actually now believe they are not mistakes and errors and they are intentional. Your customer service team is an absolute joke and don't reply to emails, hoping people will forget about how you just blatantly robbed them of there orders that either don't get sent or sent out with missing items which are paid for. Don't you think you guys would make more money giving people what they actually paid for and building a solid customer base? Or are you guys that hurtin that you need to rip people off on their orders? Either way you guys are pathetic and should be asamed of yourselfs for running a website the way you do.

Untrustworthy business, likely dropshipping
The merchant I usually buy a product from no longer carries it. I found Zecoya as the only "local" seller so I purchased a 6-month subscription for it. In that time I stopped using the product, and there was no obvious way to cancel the subscription on the website. There was also no email notice that my card would soon be charged for the next subscription, until after the next order was placed and my card charged. I emailed as soon as I saw the bank statement requesting cancellation. The Customers care person, Paolo, replied saying my subscription was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. It's been almost a month, no refund and my order status for the order still says "confirmed". I followed up requesting my refund again and Paolo informed me the shipment was delayed and asked if I still wanted from receive the product when they restock - in the same email thread that he had previously said this exact order had been refunded and subscription cancelled.
At this point, even if I never receive my money back for this order I do not need and am not going to receive - I will not be purchasing from them again. This is not a trustworthy operation. A friend has asked me about the product I am trying to cancel the order for, and has asked me where it can be purchased. I have advised him not to order anything from this company, and will continue to advise people I know not to buy from them.
They either need to hire more staff and train them properly, or find a better way to earn their living.

Disappointed
I only received half of my order. It’s been a month and a half. I can’t seem to get anywhere. I keep being told (they only answer my emails once in a while) they will check with shipping and will get back to me once they receive an update. I don’t hear another thing. It’s the first time I’ve had a problem and I’m very disappointed in their customer service. Order # 36555
Update- The issue was resolved with a refund. I will continue to shop there and hope any further issues will be resolved quicker.

I ordered medication for my dog and received it via express shipping. I placed the order on a weekend and it didn’t ship out until later on Tuesday which I was a bit annoyed about as I assumed it would ship Monday (I needed it asap). However, once it shipped it arrived the next day and the product was in good condition. I contacted the company about the shipping delay and they were quick to respond by email.
