Joke of a company,emailed multiple times in regards to a chain that has tarnished after a year of not even being worn every day, sent pics waited days and days for a reply to be told send same pics over again because can’t see original messages,(allegedly)too”was also told I need to pay to send back at my cost,for them to then inspect before sending out new one if they were too do so was then informed that would only replace chain once so if tarnishing happens again they won’t replace item as far as I’m concerned that Is not a life time guarantee that there offering very misleading warranty ain’t worth the card it’s printed on purchased 2022 emailed this month sep 2023

Wrong chain size for replacement of green chain
I have had terrible experience with this company and still the item I ordered hasn't been rectified. 1st I had a green chain ,then asked for exchange and they sent the wrong size chain that doesn't even go round my neck it's so small. Hopefully they will get it correct this time when I send it back at my expense!!!!

The company finally sent my chain out
The company finally sent my chain out, on arrival the chain was missing the part that actually attaches the chain together. They said they would sort this out for me but haven’t heard back from them, ridiculous.
Updated review following their reply.. the NEW owners sent me the chain however it was faulty and they never sent me my replacement, i would stand clear from here as there are many better chain companies out here that have good customer service.
