NO stars. Rubbish item, poor quality, no hallmark, lightweight, cheap appearance but not a cheap price tag. I asked for a refund due to the quality of the item and they wouldn't give a straight answer except the 14 days refund period had passed. As this was a gift it wasn't examined by the person until after 14 days (unopened as per zenchii returns criteria). Felt ripped off by a company that are manipulating advertising standards. I will report to trading standards, you should too if you experience this. AVOID them.

Zero stars. No hallmark on the cuban chain i purchased that was advertised as gold (as opposed to gold coloured or gold plated). It is not gold. The returns criteria is very strict and limits you being able to get a refund, not that they answer their emails in a timely manner! Ordered for Xmas 2021 received Jan 2022.

I ordered 6 necklaces on 22nd November and have still not received them. This is over 10 WEEKS ago! I have contacted multiple times to only receive vague "updates" stating that my custom piece is still in production and no mention of when delivery will be. The necklaces were purchased as Christmas gifts for my nieces and nephews and it is the 11th January and I still have not given them! Absolutely ridiculous service and I do NOT recommend this company and should have purchased from Cernucci instead. AVOID ZENCHII!!!! DEFINITELY DO NOT ORDER CUSTOMISED PENDANTS FROM THEM!

I bought a bracelet as a Christmas present. It looks expensive and comes with a lifetime guarantee I’m sure he will be delighted when he gets it. Customer service is great and they give a personal touch even though on line. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for quality jewellery

Brought a "white gold chain" off these which gave me nickel rash 👏 wasn't stamped either so should have known

FAKE PRODUCTS!! Stay well clear of this company and their fake tacky products. They refused to give me a refund when I took the chain I purchased from them to a jewellers and they confirmed it’s fake and when I challenged them they didn’t like it!!

Absolute joke of a company. Paid in full with postage for a chain. 1 month later, no sign of it. I email them, they say it was sent, yet I have received no parcel. They say it's not their issue, it's the parcel companies issue. Yet it's nearly 2 months later and I'm still empty handed. It's 2022 and you still have unprofessional companies like this.
