Professional highly recommend. Polit and helpful

We arrived in Rhodes late at night and we had a cab as soon as we were out of the airport, we had booked with Zip, the driver asked us if we would like to be quiet or talk with it being late, we chose talk, and he kept us entertained all the way to our hotel an hour and 15 mins. We had also pre booked a return journey as it takes a lot less time than the bus , again à lovely young man who we had great conversations with back and forth all the way to the airport, fabulous New clean cars and very personable young men who spoke English very well, it was a lovely start and end to our holiday, we would highly recommend this company theh were marvellous. Very reliable company...
No delays when we arrived and comfortable travel to our accommodation.. and on time for our return to airport. Tyis is our 2nd booking with Zip transfers. We will be using them again next year on our return to gran Canaria

Efficient, professional and good value for money airport transfers

I have used Zip Transfers for years now and always been satisfied with their service of return transfers.
This year in March we arrived in Hurghada, Egypt and after booking a 6 seater mini bus for 4 adult passengers with 4 big suitcases and 4 hand luggage bags we were met with a large 6 seater car. The luggage would only just fit in. It was not the vehicle I had booked and paid for for our airport transfers so was not happy. If this happens next time I might have to re think my airport transfers provider

Everything when like clockwork.

We were delayed getting out ofthe airport due to new passport regulations it took over two hours however the driver very kindly waited and took us to our hotel 5 Star service will definitely use Zip Transfer again.

Taxi I had booked and paid for in advance failed to arrive at palma airport to pick us up. We had to wait for 2 hours at airport then a representative of a completely different company had to sort problem out for us. Bye bye 👋 zip transfers.

Zip transfers from tenerife south airport .are fantastic we have used them for a few years .but this time was well above and beyond . .we was staying in a villa up in the moutains . With a very vague address .but they searched and searched untill they found it .even local taxi firms had no idea . So 5 stars to zip transfers well trusted company .thank you

Very happy with the service. Driver was friendly and waiting for us at arrivals. Safe drive to the hotel. Emailed to cancel the return because we got an offer of a lift and got a quick response to say yes and refund offered. Excellent.

I booked with ZipTransfers for my parents for their transfer from Alicante Airport. Their flight (EZY5705) arrived only 26 minutes late.

While they were still waiting to disembark, my father received a call from a member of their team asking their whereabouts. After explaining that they had just landed, he was informed that the driver would be leaving as he needed to travel to Barcelona, and that they would need to arrange their own transport.

This is completely at odds with the information provided on their website

Their policy clearly states that drivers monitor flight delays and will wait accordingly unless delays exceed two hours. In this case, the delay was minimal and well within their stated terms.

I find it unacceptable that two elderly passengers were left stranded under these circumstances. My father is nearly 90 years old, which is precisely why I chose this service, for reliability and ease of travel. Instead, they were placed in a stressful situation and forced to arrange alternative transport themselves. As a result, my father paid €172.50 in cash for a taxi.

Can't imagine there's a better company than Zip for all matters concerning airport transfers.Reliable,good vehicles and really pleasant and knowledgeable drivers.We've used them for years and have never been let down - including our latest excursions to and from Hurghada Airport this April.Their rates are pretty competetive too.

Perfect experience on both legs of the Journey, from Alicante to Benidorm and back.

The first driver was stood in the arrival hall waiting with the name displayed, he took us to a waiting area while he went and got the van which was an 8 seater Mercedes (same as return).

The return van turned up on time and took us to the airport.

Both vans were immaculately clean. Drivers friendly and helpful.

I will definitely use them again.
