Scam. I made a purchase and no info on the website if it was sent or what. Emailed them and got a tracking number. The order was said to reach in 20 days. Finally I track that it was delivered but not to me. So I inform them and they say check with your post, the post itself said it was delivered. So I'm asking my money back and they are just ignoring my emails saying they are sending again. Email for refund is not working. It's a scam. It's Jan 26 2023 I'm still sending emails back and forth to get my cash back.

I regret even putting one star. Should be a zero. Do not order anything from this scamnmer of a company . When ordering from any company put the name of the company and scam after it . It will tell you if its a scam. I should have done it so I have been scammed big style. Going on social media to expose them.

I am one of the countless people who have been scam by this company. I’ve written to them dozens of times I plan to report them to whatever I can to save some other person, the grief of wasted money.

SCAMMERS I have ordered something last October and the tracking number said it was sent to someone in my country. I have sent this company 30 emails and they have said the parcel was delivered but someone stole the package and they will not refund me my money. Please AVOID buying from them.

Huge scam. Paid for items that never came. They keep replying to send full address and will resend. Company needs to be charged

There should be a zero star. They are scammers. I paid for something which I never received.
My story is the same as many others here on this forum. The tracking number they provided states it was delivered two weeks ago (to 'someone' in a city three hours from where I live . . . no name, no address given). When I contacted the company (now twice) to ask for a refund, it is a request going into a black hole - there is no response.

This company is a scam. DO NOT order anything from this company. I made an order on November 12, 2022 and have yet to receive the product nor answers in the process of receiving a refund.

100% SCAM
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this SCAM company. I have learned my lesson from this experience. Just like the other reviews on here, they say it was delivered but it was not delivered to my residence. Several emails back and forth with them and still no resolution. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

0 stars I order luggage Oct 24 2022 still have not get any and no matter how many time I emailed them I never get anything and they would it already been delivered. This scam company and I do not understand why FB let them advertise on the web and talk people money and I ask them to refund my money but nothing happens. So disappointed and lesson learned never order anything from the advertised on FB or from overseas.

They are scammers I had the same experience as all the other's reviews below. I WILL CONTACT THE POLICE TO ALERT THEM IN CASE THEY CAN DO SOMETHING

DONT ORDER. Ordered luggage October but did with credit card . Of course never received them. I’m now trying to get refund of course it’s as am and they don’t give a flying f … about anyone just the money

I wish I Knew that this was a scammer site before I ordered 2 warm looking blankets from them! I’m so pissed off that I never received my blankets. Though they tell me it was delivered to my address! Well, it wasn’t!! Ugh

I placed an order for a gift to my aunt on November 8TH 2022. to this Day January 17, 2023 she still has not received it yet. I emailed the company a few times and they kept telling me it was shipped and in transit, I finally got a tracking number and then it said it was Delivered over a month after it was ordered, but my aunt never received it. they said it was the post office problem and they would not help me, the post office says there's nothing they can do. Never shop here, beware terrible customer service.

Twice they claimed that they sent out my purchase, twice I never received it. I asked numerous times for a refund but yet never received it. It is just plain theft.

Do not buy from them, you will never get your product.

I ordered a Christmas tree from them I did not get my order they steel your money

Paid for two Mac advent callenders in early November on Facebook, money taken straight away but no goods delivered. Absolutely a scam.
