I ordered with them and never got my parcel. I exchanged emails for a year and they gave me bogus tracking numbers and blamed everything on the shipping company. I’m in Southern California and one shipment went to Kissimmee, Florida and the 2nd shipment went to Anchorage, Alaska. Eventually, they blocked my email and would not correspond with me any further. Absolute scamming fraudsters!!!

Do not order from this site,because I ordered something a year ago and still waiting for it..always giving me a excuses. They won't refund me

Three times in one year my parcel was supposedly sent. Tracked to the last and it was delivered other side of country. Each time they made lots of promises,this week the same thing happened and it was delivered somewhere else. They blocked my emails but they are not going to answer anymore and all their replies were scams.
BE WARNED, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....

I have been fighting with this company since June of last year when I ordered the item I ordered I still have not received it and they refuse to refund my money I am so totally disgusted with these people I am fed up with them I send them emails every day they ship whatever I ordered to everybody else in the United States and Puerto Rico and I get nothing I'm so disgusted I need my money back and they refuse to give it to me and now they won't even accept my emails they have blocked me from sending them emails I am so disgusted with this company that I will find a way to get my money back believe me I'm thoroughly disgusted I'm going to tell everybody I know that this company is the worst company out there

If I could give a rating of 0 I would. Ordered November 2022, received nothing and emailed so many times - asked, requested and demanded a refund. Nothing forthcoming - just a lot of excuses. Ridiculous

Twelve months in November since I placed my order (almost $A100) and still haven't received the item. Each month I send an email which they answer blaming the delivery people and they will resend the goods, lies total lies. If you like broken promises, lies, untruths this is the company for you. You will only loose your money and never get what you order.

They are a scam take your money and string you along

i have been in email table tennis with these scammers for almost a year having realised they are robbers,purely for the entertainment having received no goods but promised the world with apology after apology.seem to be using bogus royal mail tracking details which dont relate to you or your order.total crooks and to be avoided.they are now blocking all emails so end of play.

I ordered a ice machine November 13 of 2022 and they sent it twice to two different addresses in other states that I don't live in and I have been in contact back and forth through a series of the emails in reply to all of the previous emails and I sent another one tonight first time since July and I did not get a return on the emails so we'll see and I will update this if I find out otherwise I've kept all copies of emails and images of the tracking and the original receipt on my computer. My credit card company did already refund for the product but it's a matter of the principle now that I'm still contacting them about it.

Scamers! Never order something from them!

Scam.I purchased an Air Fryer last October 2022. They choose a random name & address. Post 250 grams of plastic to said address, which gives them a tracking number and shows delivered when you track said number. Royal Mail explained tracking number ending in CN is a scam

I ordered a Christmas tree in October 2022, I've had excuse after excuse the last one was that the logistics company delivered to the wrong place and we're going to retrieve it and deliver me. They kept asking me to be patient and wait 15-30 days, after that time I email them again and the same response. I emailed them 3 days ago and now they are being returned saying the recipient did not except requests to connect.

Purchased luggage in November of 2022. Still not received almost a year later. Now my emails are undelivered, like so many others here. At first they were responsive, leading me on about their logistics company. At first they wanted me to ask my neighbors and friends, because my item shows delivered. Their tracking number led me to another city. When I asked for proof of delivery, they wanted to confirm my address. I asked instead they confirm where they sent iit, they evaded the question. Always promising to follow up with the logistics company. As soon as I asked for my money back, my emails could not be delivered anymore. Buyer beware.

Charged twice and never arrived after 116 emails then the email was returned as no longer available

Do not order anything from this Scamming piece of crap company. Led me on for a year and now emails are being returned due to address not existing. Chinese based crap (for lack of a better word) company.
