I ordered a suitcase in November and it never arrived. Same complaint as everyone one else. Sucks they are getting away with this.

I placed my order back in November, I have REPEADLY contacted ZMastermine, to let them know that I have NOT received my products. According to the tracking number, my items were delivered on 01-10-23 to Hickory,N.C.! I live in Missouri which is 2000 miles away from my home!!! I have emailed this company EVERY DAY. Yet I still have NO products, and No refund. Now they want me to ignore the fact that I paid good money and someone else is enjoying my products. NO THANK YOU!

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered a Christmas gift in October. it still has not arrived. They did not respond to emails so I disputed the charge on Amex. The company sent them a notice of delivery by USPS in my mailbox. The item I ordered was a scooter which would not have fit in the mailbox. I checked the tracking number for USPS and the status was that the company had printed a label but USPS had never received it.

I ordered a stroller November 17, 2022. I was told 1 week for delivery. Once I recieved my tracking I quickly noticed it was delivered to Hawaii! I am in Myrtle Beach. I have 20 emails back and forth over these months and NEVER RECEIVED MY STROLLER! THEY CONTINUE TO TELL ME THEY WILL GET THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE(that was delivered already to Honolulu). I am 8 months pregnant and just wanted this before my baby is born. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I wish I had seen this before I ordered a Christmas Tree. This company are just SCAM ARTISTS on a very large scale. I have been emailing them for the last 2 months and all I get it they will send me another tree which also has never arrived. I ask for a refund and I get a sob story about how small the profit is on things. If they take money from people then don't send anything out then I'd say they were making 💯 % profit.

no star, shame on you, same with other review, i hope you won't get karma, pls try to have decent business not fooling people around. and also my first time to buy it and ask my friend to do for it(end of oct. 2022). if you work it right and double success will back to you. i am so disgusted and i am 70 yrs old. work hard on it

DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.I paid for 2 items on 20th November.still nothing has arrived.i complained and recieved a tracking number that was to a different state. let them know this and haven't heard a thing for over a month.obviously a scam or a very badly run company

I managed to get a email for these they emailed me back saying how sorry they are and they will send me a replacement this was a few weeks ago I'm not holding my breath

This company is a scam believe everyone. I ordered in Oct 4 2023 to hopefully have by Christmas never got it went to Florida I live in Arizona they keep telling me there going to resend it still have not said I wanted my money back which they refused I have been emailing them since October almost every week keep telling me there resending it but nothing hope your happy taking a gift for Christmas to a little girl who never got it you should be ashamed of yourselves

I wish I didn't have to give a star, because they don't deserve one. They need to be taken out of business. They're just low down dirty Scammers!!!!!!!

Ordered a product in October 22nd, was told in November would receive a tracking number in 3 days. Never happened, order never arrived. A scam as expected. Trying to dispute charge with my bank, not easy either. Don't buy from them

Been trying since November to receive my kitchen utensils, loads of emails to them, all you get is delivery in 15/20 days been dispatched Scam!!!

Never received my order ,emailed them and never received an email back or refund

They are scammers no order just the run around goes to different address not even close then they give you the run around and no order and no refund. Don’t do any business with them.

Wanted to give a zero but couldn't. I made a order in November. Kept in contact with them until last week. Keep saying they resent it. NOW I CAN'T EVEN REPLY TO EMAILS. THEY WON'T GO THREW!!!!

I bought suitcase from this company but I never received the product, I have send a lot emails I didn’t have any feedback

I ordered item in November still waiting for it, replied to my email today and said that it had been delivered, was told to get in touch with post office, keep away from these scammers , should be prosecuted for theft from people
