Absolutely do not use!! Ordered a dress thinking it was coming from Australia to justify the long wait times. Paid £61 (was supposed to be 110) for literally a bit of netting. The photos have obviousl... See more

Zoe Sydney is a Chinese store…
Zoe Sydney is a Chinese store pretending to come from Australia. They falsely claim clothes are high quality linen cotton but they are actually cheap thin polyester. Do not buy from this fraudulent company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First the website says it’s Australian and the prices are expensive enough that I assumed it was gonna be good quality. When I ordered a dress the receipt told me it was $120 and then when I checked my bank account I was only charged $77 which was my first red flag. Then the dress shipped from China which is when I knew that I had been scammed. The dress arrived and it was a piece of crap. I had gotten better quality items on SHEIN. I seriously can’t even explain how awful it was, completely unwearable. I emailed the company telling them I wanted to return the dress because their website says they take returns for full refunds. After emailing back and forth with them a couple times (very weird automated messages that dodged my questions) the company ghosted me and I’m not outside the return window on their website. Don’t waste your money and get scammed by this place!!

Avoid
Avoid - they are completely dodgy. Their Ts and Cs promise full refunds, and that they will pay for return shipping if they have made an error. We were sent the wrong size. They refused to pay for the shipping, and refused to provide a refund. Still chasing them to get my money back. Oh and the item bore no resemblence to what was on the website, was made in China (and the customer support team is in China too) and was average quality.

Scam Do Not Buy from this Website
Ships from China and came in with a hole in the jacket and poor quality. Immediately sent photos and they said because I didn’t bring up the issue in the first email but that was literally my reason for emailing. It didn’t make sense.
Do not buy. SCAM
As of 9/9/25 I still have not received a refund even though below they say I have and I’ve followed up by email with no response.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS. Not a Sydney based business. Ships from China, takes a long time and did not ship the items I ordered. I ordered a knit lounge set, they sent a very ugly blazer not in my size. Customer support is saying it is the item I ordered and saying I can keep my order for a 30% refund and they do not offer free returns.
They will not send me my correct items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Pictures of the clothes are not what they look like in person. If you want to make a return you have to pay for the return shipping which is $100+. Absolutely ridiculous. This online store is such a scam.

Can I give less than one star?
Can I give less than one star? DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. OR. MONEY. Sham of a “company”!! Website described the dress as 100% silk and it was 92% polyester and nothing like the photos. They are taking photos from the high end companies selling the real clothes, advertising it as the same, but shipping the Shein/knock off versions of it, but charging way more for it!! And to top it all off, when I asked to return it on their dime since it was clearly false advertising, they turned it on ME and said that I made the purchase knowing their return policies so I need to take responsibility. Which is hilarious that they expect their customers to adhere to their policies no matter what, when they are the ones that are screwing us over and selling us fake clothes!!! Please please please avoid this “company” at ALL COSTS!!! Not to mention that I have to write a review on third party sites because Zoe Sydney doesn’t allow us to leave reviews directly on their site, wonder why! The only reviews they allow are probably the ones they pay people to leave.
REPLYING TO ZOE SYDNEY’S RESPONSE:
No, you did not “resolve” anything or take responsibility!! You refused to give a full refund or pay for return shipping. After enough complaining from me, you offered a 50% refund. Even at half off, I’m still stuck with an overpriced dress that is NOTHING like your website. You failed to explain why you’re advertising clothing that you have no intentions on selling!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Items are shipped from China and they pretend to be an Australian based retailer. The address on the site is not to their actual store and they have just used a random Australian address. Even when you order they show “shipped from sydney” but it is shipped from china. THEY ARE SELLING STUFF FROM SHEIN AT MARKED UP PRICES. SCAM - do not buy.
Update: dress arrived with no tags and labels. Completely different colour to what was pictured and looks exactly like a dress from Temu which is selling for $15.
Has taught me to use google lens first before making purchases from random sites.
Models on the page are very obviously AI.

Just be careful!! You pay the return!!
Just be careful!!
I ordered a jumpsuit, I am medium and I ordered large, still too small but long.
They said that the return is FREE, but it’s not true. I paid $30 for returned it to China.
The worst service!! Just do better Zoe Sydney.
The black is not black
The black is not black - it’s a lighter shade which makes it difficult to pair with suit jackets or other black items etc - such nice trousers but colour needs to fixed.
Please respond to my email...
Please respond to my email i sent you. I i bought a dress and too small i have sent two emails from my work email and my email account i bought the dress from i need someone to respond as it has been two weeks now today is
Clothing not as advertised
The picture of the clothing item will not be what is received. It’s very cheaply made and length etc are way off. I would not use this website again.
This is by far the worst company to…
This is by far the worst company to deal with it’s a scam they’re operating in China with cheap nasty clothing. Firstly, when you order in their website it shows they’re based in Neutral Bay Sydney the website provides an address in Sydney which doesn’t even exist. Secondly, their number for customer service is in Chinese. They are operating from China with shein knockoffs & high prices. Their returns policy is pretty bad. If you order and want to return anything you must return it to China & pay for the postage cost there is no prepaid labels to send it with. Do not deal with this Zoe Sydney they are literally scamming people online who think they maybe a legit fashion label. They offered a refund and they still have not refunded yet! It’s all lies and scams, I urge you to report them and do yourself a favour so not deal with them!
