Lack of Customer Services Department

You can normally judge a company by their customer services over everything else.

Second time I’ve used Jet 2 and first time I needed to contact their customer services to change a flight.

After 48 minutes holding on the phone and waiting now 5 hours through their WhatsApp account, sadly it seems 1) all on holiday, 2) all off with Covid, 3) utterly useless or 4) they have no customer services department

So poor and most likely won’t use again.

Expected more as their marketing would suggest it’s a young vibrant company that cares about their customers.

If you want a weighted blanked buy from REMY!!

My wife was sadly diagnosed with breast cancer in July 21, she's always felt the cold but with the chemo and medication, felt it even more so I hit the internet done some investigation and REMY seemed to have a good product and excellent reviews.

I purchased the 8kg blanket as suggested for her weight on the REMY website, but due to her port she had to have where the chemo was fed, it was too heavy for her to manoeuvre, so rather than return or exchange I thought she could use when she starts to recover.

A few months later REMY had the hand knitted weighted blankets back in stock, more of a summer version and as my wife also suffers with restless legs seemed an ideal choice but this time I went for the 6kg.

REMY had my notes on file from when I purchased the original and explaining my wife's cancer, they kindly called me after seeing my second order and talked me through a solution with the original blanket. I have to say I was quite surprised as never experienced anything like it, talk about going above and beyond.

The wonderful lady I had been communicating with was called Nicole and if their was ever an example of superior customer service, Nicole is it.

Nicole/REMY could make a fortune showing nearly all other companies how customer services should be applied.

I wish I could do more, but honestly, although quite a niche product, I will recommend your company when ever I can.

I'm In Love and Will Never Buy a Pizza Again

Got the Roccbox for Xmas from my family with cover and peel.

Came within 24-48 hours of ordering, went to use the second time Xmas Eve and the gas regulator had broken, got to say I was not happy, especially as they were closed over this period. Friend had a spare which I used and we all had lovely pizza's, not the best as quite a learning curve but at that time they were nice.

The lovely people at Gozney sent me the whole gas unit rather than just a new regulator which works perfectly early in the New Year.

I've used the oven now may be 12-15 times and with each use it gets better, it's an awesome piece of kit and produces Pizza's miles better than leading delivery brands and shop bought ones.

It's so well built as well, I can fully understand how it can be used for commercial.

The most I've done to date is probably 10 pizza's, one after the other and everyone loved them.

The whole process of making dough to final cook is great fun if you like that sort of thing and a great achievement when you pull the pizza out and it has a great cornice, yes I'm that sad but so are thousands of others who have bought this oven. If you own one you understand.

It's amazing for social events as well, as it only takes a minute or so to actually cook each pizza, with prep I can now turn around a pizza in three minutes.

Great Customer Service

I ordered from Ooni, had a bit of an issue with the order not showing up anywhere, no confirmations, just had proof a sum had been paid.

Nokyin Lee responded quickly and was resolved within 24 hours, delivery was quick and fast considering original issue.

Secondly, I took advantage of the 20% sale and added an additional item, but as my other order had shipped I would have had to pay shipping as just under the £25, OONI agreed to not charge.

All I can say is wow, great customer service.

Purchased a game for my son, turned out it was a download version, so pack with a code, my son prefers the actual cartridge.

I spoke to customer services or were more than helpful with the return. Refund was also prompt.

My experience seems quite different to others, but I was happy.

Great for Business Transfers

I have used quite a few FX currency companies over the years. Tend to move as most will offer you great rates to start with then they drift to high percentages.

I've used Moneycorp for a year or two now and to be honest, for such a large company they have great flexibility, someone on the phone to help and great rates.

I use mainly for business but also personal when need be.

I would highly recommend this company.

Awesome Customer Service - Rarely Seen from most Others

I bought the Damson Wireless Headphones around three years ago when they launched them through Indiegogo, was and still am very happy with the sound and quality of the product.

I picked them up the other day and noticed that the foldable earphone had come loose, looked like a pin or something had come out.

I contacted Damson and within 24 hours they responded and advised they would send two news pins free of charge.

I mean you can't ask for better customer service than that. I would have been happy to pay for the pins and postage as well and truly out of warranty. Just happy they could be repaired.

On a slightly separate note, the battery life of the headphones is awesome, three years old, used most days and still seem to last for ever and have the same charge as the day I received them.

Excellent Service

I got an email earlier in the week from Panther that I would be told Friday between 8-8.30pm a time slot for the following day. I think about 8.15pm it arrived by both text and email.

The next day, I got a call from the driver saying he would be with me shortly and when they turned up, I asked if they could drop the item at the bottom of my garden, no problems, agreed and took it down for me.

Great service.

Overall good experience, the dealer's deadlines were a lot to be desired by that is not Chrono24's fault, they offered to intervene and refund money he'd in Escrow due to the delay in delivery, so yeh, happy.

Would use again to purchase a nice watch.

Jasdeep Bhela - A Travel Agent that's Actually Travelled

We have dealt with Hayes and Jarvis for several years now, recommended by a friend originally and always gone through Jasdeep Bhela. Never went with them before as was under the impression they were quite expensive. In terms of cost I would say they're not the cheapest or the most expensive, but the service is excellent.

We have booked several long haul holidays, both my wife and I and family, we have advised Jas what we wanted and he has always come up trumps, recommending places to go and see.

One thing we love about Jas is that he has been to all the places he recommends so you feel he has the knowledge to share, rather than previous agents we have used who just read from a brochure.

Just booked our holiday of a lifetime with Hayes and Jarvis and again on the recommendation of Jas.

Impressive Service - Higly Recommend

Very impressed with the order process and delivery.

Needed a washer dryer urgently and hardly anyone stocks these days.

AO could deliver when we needed, I did ask to be called 30 minutes before arrival so I could be present at the property, actually did.

Delivery guys were great, friendly and helpful.

Defo buy from AO again.

Excellent Small Double Ottoman

Was looking for a small double Ottoman faux leather bed without slats and quite difficult to find.

Beds on legs had exactly what we were looking for.

Great bed, seems sturdy so very happy.

Would highly recommend.

Oh on a side note, noticed some negative reviews regarding the delivery guys. For us all went to plan, we booked in the day before it was due, they called 30 minutes before arrival. No problems.

A Big Improvement

Used this company for several years and never had a problem. My wife has used once for a friends funeral and the flowers were very poor, she complained and we were told to wait a few days to see if they bloomed, well how awkward to ask a grieving daughter for a picture of the said flowers. Thankfully she wasn't offended and they were still poor so eFlorist did refund.

More importantly my son has just used them for Mothers Day and they were lovely, so thanks again. So far I think you have 90% success rate with me.

Great Inners for Cushions

We bought some cushions around 6 months ago and already split and flat, quite expensive as well but no receipt so had to replace.

This time we decided to buy the cases and Inners separately, found Homescapes on Amazon and the reviews were very good.

Asked them about size recommendations and when they first arrived they were a tight fit.

After a few weeks they have settled down and we are very happy with out purchase. Nice and soft but also not too soft and bounce back to shape.

Definitely would recommend.

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

This email which I sent to the Owner says it all, plus can I emphasise that he hasn't even had the common courtesy to respond:-

Dear Gordon,

I'd like to start this correspondence by outlining that I am also a Managing Director of a successful chemical distribution company. We have been established since 2008 and pride ourselves on our technical support, customer and delivery service. We pay a premium for our warehousing and distribution but feel it is justified to service our customers whom repeat order and often comment they wish there other suppliers were as proactive.

This brings me to my point, one being a disgruntled customer, which you really don't want with social networking and customer review sites these days, but you seem to be pioneering this revolution with such vigour.

You website clearly states 2-3 days delivery as standard unless otherwise stated plus 60% getting next day, really!!

Due to this representation on your plush website I decided to take the plunge as my old BBQ probably has so many germs on it, if I served a burger to The Hulk, he probably would end up the size of Tyrion Lannister by the time he has got off the lavatory.

My order no. 301620 was placed last Sunday, 11th of May. Once the order was placed I did delve deeper into your website and found some slightly concerning comments and reviews on both Facebook and Trustpilot, mainly since December 2013. I had reservations but gave your company the benefit of the doubt.

To make sure all would go to plan and I get my nice shiny new BBQ for this weekend, I called, Monday and Tuesday and was told by Claire it's being picked, two days too pick a BBQ, wow must be heavy. Called again Wednesday and told organised for Friday delivery so made sure I would be at home that day, as a company owner I organised what I needed to at my office. Called again Thursday as still had a nagging doubt but all sorted I was assured. As home on Friday morning, called again, yes on way told again, then called at 3.30pm, yes on schedule, may be at 5.30pm if they're (the haulier) running late. Called again at 5.30pm, spoke to Rachel who advised she had a number of phone calls from other customers who hadn't received their nice new BBQs. Rachel kindly called back to my home as I had to collect kids, so spoke to my wife and basically advised that she's coming up against a brick wall and doesn't know what to say.
The conversation was left that we are now on a list with other people who didn't get their goods and her colleague will look at it tomorrow, if nothing can be done then we will get a call on Monday.

So as it stands I have paid for my BBQ, taken a day off work and have roughly £40's worth of various meats sitting in my fridge with an impending BBQ to cook it on and potentially another day off work.

If I have to take Monday off work or any other day next week, this BBQ has now cost me almost £800, quite a lot for a £299 BBQ. Just to clarify, this cost is two days off work, meat that's now no good and probably going to landfill or composting and my money you have in your account.

Not a great start for a new customer is it!!

Can't wait to hear your explanation or justification for such incompetence, no confirmation emails and a customer who has tried to do your staffs work by being in constant touch to avoid this issue ever happening.

I gave up as no response, so bought from a local company and demanded a refund, even had to name and shame them on their Facebook page to get the refund.
