I wanted to order a special photo frame. I needed advice on true colour.

Negotiating the online ordering, I quickly found what I was looking for, ordered, paid and received a confirmation email.
My photo frame arrived very quickly and was securely packaged.

My experience was relevant to replacement of Enamel silver photo frames.

I approached Addison Ross with details of relevant problem of said items, accompanied by pictures. I hoped to receive a positive response under the advertised warranty. It was pleasing to receive an extremely prompt reply advising that replacements would be supplied. Replacements were received after a matter of days.

Excellent after sales service which ensures that I'd have no hesitation in purchasing again from this company when required.

These are expensive frames. But on the other hand, they are beautiful and thus you get what you pay for. The choice is excellent and staff are ready available and helpful if any problem needs to be dealt with.

We ordered a ruby-coloured photo frame for friends Ruby Wedding Anniversary. The frame is excellent quality, very sturdy, and arrived promptly. They are delighted with it.

I ordered my first enamel frame on 25 June; it arrived two days later in a beautiful box, securely packaged. I was very impressed with the quality of the frame, so much so that I have since ordered a further two! I highly recommend these frames.

I placed an order in the US on June 2. The website says delivery in 5-7 days. The order has not shipped and no one responds to my emails. I ordered 4 items. I have an Addison Ross large navy scalloped tray that I received as a gift, and I love it. I’m so disappointed by the lack of service on this order (36026-us) because I was so excited to get more beautiful products.

Update-
I’m coming back to say that Addison Ross completely made this situation right. They refunded me for the products, and sent them anyway. The products are beautiful. I love my tray, my frame and my salt and pepper mills. I will continue to do business with them!

Excellent quality and beautiful photo frames!

Great customer service. There was an issue with delivery charges that was resolved straight away. When I received the silver picture frame it was really well packaged and the frame is high quality.

Looking forward to giving to my wife with our wedding photo for our 25th anniversary on 5th June
