Printed photo was lovely - picture frame was nice but not quite as “solid” as I was hoping for a silver frame, but all in all I was very pleased with my purchase.

A classic example of form over function... I was enticed by the great design and colours and would give them 5 stars for that, but the lacquer has started to chip away at the bottom of both grinders which is so disappointing. The plastic grinding mechanism is fine for the salt, but pepper should be metal and it just doesn't feel or sound right when grinding pepper.

I accidentally accused you of not delivering one of a multi product order. I then realised my husband had removed the “missing “item from the box before I had seen it. You were incredibly fast in replacing the “missing “ item and then when I “fessed” up you did not charge me for the replacement . No questions asked - and all very fast. Will definitely use you again x

The photo I downloaded was not in the frame which was extremely embarrassing when the recipients came to open it as a christening gift. Also terrible communication about delivery dates- won’t be using again unless they compensate us somehow for the big let down

Absolutely beautiful placemats however only noticed after purchase that not heat proof-so asked customer services if warm plates from a plate warmer would be ok and never heard back not even after their stated timeline of up to two days. Will keep and use because do look great but practicality is limited and worry about fragility of laquer as each individually bagged-will stacking them on top of each other lead to damage. Biggest disappointment was lack of response to my query . Cannot fault the look or colour of these items .

Now our images are mainly on our mobile phones I absolutely love how easy it is to choose a frame and download an image and have it delivered all done. The quality and style of the frames are both classic and very now, you know there will never be a need to be replace. Already bought 4 this year and passed the details to friends as they make such a beautiful personal gift…

I'm an Aussie; we don't seem to be able to ship things as promptly and accurately as you guys.
I just love the frame colour and the free print is a nice addition despite my getting the orientation incorrect ( absolutely my error!)
I'm thinking of ordering another for a mother's day gift to myself.
