I purchased the photo frame for my daughter’s wedding photo. It came extremely quickly and was beautiful. Excellent quality, gorgeous colour. The pictures on the website do not do this justice. I am definitely going to buy another.

Great frames - as ever - but arrived without photos. I emailed about this but have not had a reply, so disappointed

This was a gift and it was warmly received and appreciated.

The alarm clock matches my picture frames all in Chiffon. The clock is well made and I like the shape and is working and keeping time.
The only problem for me is the hands are a very light colour and for me I would have liked the hands to be darker and more easy to see, My previous clock had black hands and against the white face was so easy to see the hands.

Delivery was swift and, as always, the frame was great quality at a sensible price.

I'm frankly shocked by how poor quality these products are.

I have a much larger mill that has a metal collar for the grinder. I also have a slightly larger wooden mill that has an integrated wooden collar. However, the Addison Ross mill ––despite being the most expensive by a country mile–– has a cheap plastic collar that frayed in the first 48 hours leading to the mill no longer working properly.

They have not responded to attempts to contact them.

Such beautiful styles and high quality . I bought the ecru coaster and leather frames.

I ordered a salt and pepper grinder because I love the aesthetic, but they are absolutely useless and the grinding mechanism does not work at all. I tried to contact the company to return them and haven’t been able to get in touch. I would not recommend this brand at all and honestly feel that it is a social media con. Totally regret wasting my money.

Addison Ross get it right every time. I have purchased multiple frames for different people as gifts and have never been disappointed. The option to add in the photo you want makes my life so much easier and the frames come beautifully presented in gorgeous gift boxes. I recommend them to everyone!

The website states “next day delivery on all items” but I ordered on a Saturday and received the frame on the following Thursday. There was a bank holiday but still, not close to a next day delivery. Worse still was the frame itself. It feels very cheap, light with a plastic feel. Not worth 40 pounds! I have since since found, nicer, metal Addison Ross frames in Homesense for 9 pounds. I feel completely ripped off.

I wanted to buy more of your enamel frames. I could not find them on your website so I sent a message. Replay was very prompt with easy advice to follow allowing my order to be placed. The frames arrived within two days

Received the lacquer box and a small tray. The products are beautiful. However, there was a small imperfection on the box and the lid sat slightly askew. Unfortunately the box could not be replaced as out of stock, full refund provided.

From ordering to delivery the service was very quick. Excellent packaging that was very aesthetic, so much so I wrapped it the box with the gift inside. Very pleased with the photo frame I ordered, which was a wedding present.
