What service! My silver photo frame came well wrapped in a stylish box and looked marvellous. To add to it all the company had inserted a copy of the photo I wanted framed before sending so saving me the bother….many thanks for a great service. Will recommend….

Got a pepper grinder for Christmas - I had wanted it for ages so was super excited. However within a month the exterior had split from the wood and began to peel off. Absolutely not worth £55! I sent a couple of messages and pictures to Addison Ross to see if they could do anything but had one reply saying they would send me a new one but subsequent messages were ignored and no new grinder! They look cool for the first 5 mins but absolutely not worth the price tag.

What a wonderful service. My bedside clock arrived within a few days and is beautiful, a lovely addition to the bedroom. I really appreciate the silent tick and softly glowing hands to read the time overnight. The enamel and gold are very elegant. I am planning to get both daughters one for their birthdays.

Beautiful product. Love the quality of this clock ⏰ and its design. It’s heavy, made of silver and the back is velvet. Comes in a beautiful box which itself comes in another pretty box. Great opening experience. Highly recommend this clock, they don’t make many of this quality on the market.

The wrong came, I wrote an email 3 days ago, still no answer. What a waste of time, efforts and energy… they will probably ask me to shop it back- go to post office etc…. If they ever contact me back!
