I really didn't feel that the support agents were seriously concerned about my problems. Maybe it was a communication issue; I was trying to report a bug, and they were just trying to convince me to update to a nightly build. I think a better communication was to acknowledge a problem, and state that a new build was coming out soon, but I could first try this nightly build.

Excellent app for blocking ads. I bought their paid version and I am so glad that I did. I highly recommend the app.

harder to remove than a virus and slows down more than a virus so why not just get a virus instead?

I was having issues with AdGuard a few days ago, I sent a support ticket and it was solved fast.

Not just that, they gave me an AdGuard beta version to test, and all went smooth, Today a received another answer in which they told me that another new version is coming fixing my issue and another number of bugs in the software.

For me, that's a great customer service, well done AdGuard team!

Excellent application, works perfectly. If you have any problems, the AdGuard assistance will solve your problem. They are fast and very professional.

The software does what it says it will do and block all the rubbish on websites. It does not take up much computer resources and is easy to use. AdGuard support staff are very professional when dealing with any issues. Would highly recommend this software.

I bought a lifetime license about 6 years ago, I was really happy for the first three years, and then the problems started in the last three years, but the support service was very quick to resolve the issues within a day or two, this has happened about 3-4 times in the last three years, about a month ago, pop-ups started appearing on movie streaming sites, even though I reported the problem several times, the problem has not been resolved in the last month and I don't believe it will be resolved at all, I would also add that the friendliness of the customer service has declined rapidly, so I honestly do not recommend working with this company or buying this product because when I buy something I expect it to work, this could be classified as some kind of semi-finished product.

I never had such a good ad and pop-up blocker. Every site i visit is safer now and AdGuard Client Support was very quick and helpful with its response.

Application works very well with a few limitations: does not always start automatically after reboot. You have to start it manually - not particularly annoying.
Customer service is very responsive, first response often on the same day. Patient and professional in troubleshooting.

They always reply the same day you tell them your problem and go on to solve it quite easily.

I've been using the app for several years now. The effectiveness is excellent. I forgot what online advertising is. The benefit Greatly exceeds the price. Very prompt technical support. I recommend it, you won't regret it!

I understood about YouTube's new ad block circumvention feature, they're doing their best and it might take some time for AdGuard engineers to come up with a solution. And Filter update....etc.
So after reading their explanations carefully, I decided not to complain anymore.

The amount of advertising in various applications is huge and it is very annoying! I have been using Adguard for several years. Adguard helps to restore a comfortable mode of using the phone and computer. Thanks to them for this! A very necessary and useful application!
