So I just saved up for a aftershock pc…
So I just saved up for a aftershock pc I was so happy when it came but sadly it arrived broken the foam inside the pc was all over the place but I called up aftershock and luckily Wayne flavell picked up he talked me through the process then helped me send it back when it came back from being repaired I tried it and it STILL didn’t work so I called up Wayne again and he put me onto Brad one of the technicians to further help diagnose the problem and it was most likely the gpu so I sent it back but this time I swapped it out for a different pc which is working perfectly fine but honestly 3.7k is too mutch just for a ryzen 7 7800 and a rx9070xt but at then of the day good job aftershock for taking good care of your customers and give a raise to Wayne and Brad! Cheers

The setup was great
Initially there was an issue with the gpu but after several exchanges 3 times, sent in the rig to aftershock. Discovered that the issue was the motherboard, not aftershock's fault its a vendor side defect, the commendable thing is they upgraded my gpu to the top model and also changed my assassin vc elite to an ice edition got thing sorted now i am happy
Great Aftermarket Support
My computer broke due to transport issues, the guys at aftershock immediately got the ball rolling with a replacement and very soon I was up and going again. No hassle, amazing service.

Really happy with the purchase. Was upgrade gaming machine and so easy to set up once delivered. Fantastic machine and delivered fairly quickly considering it was a custom build and ordered between Christmas and New Years.

PC Repair
My experience fixing my PC issues with Dylan Stone from Aftershock PC were fantastic. He is very quick and effective and very helpful. Very cool dude! 10/10 recommended to contact him if needed help with your PC!
Reputation for customer support
It's usually a hassle and a worry when ordering electronics interstate, but Aftershock seemed a compelling choice with their reputation for customer support based on most reviews. If you're based in Victoria then they're definitely a compelling choice.
Bradley Baart from the support team was very helpful and prompt in responding to our initial email queries (including troubleshooting and knowledge on the AMD AM5 platform).
Unfortunately our system arrived with issues (corrupted Windows install and unstable memory), eventually it ended up crashing randomly and often with memory errors after 3 weeks. Self troubleshooting was an extremely frustrating process so thankfully Brad recommended a return-to-base for the technical team to diagnose the machine. Repackaged and sent back interstate at the end of December 2025.
This ready-to-ship system showing that many errors was definitely not fun, with another customer mentioning similar errors on Reddit (BSOD on first boot, may be from a similar batch of systems from November/December).
Max from the servicing team promptly replaced the drive, memory, ran a suite of stress tests within 7 business days and shipped it back interstate. This whole process took around 2 weeks including shipping which is a respectable time frame considering the distance (where trying to RMA as an individual DIY builder may take 10 business days up to a month).
If there were separate ratings, Bradley Baart and Max Tan from the support and servicing teams' prompt responses would deserve 5 stars.
Brand New rig is broken
I received my brand-new PC today. I immediately ran into issues with the GPU, and they’re telling me it’s a Windows problem. They claim it was fully tested and working when they shipped it, but as soon as I powered it on, I got a blue screen. I checked Device Manager and saw a warning icon on the GPU. How does something like that happen on a brand-new rig? Now they want me to send it back and wait for repairs. Honestly, it’s not worth the price or the hassle. I expected much better from a company that calls itself “the best.”

It took some time to get it built and delivered but i didn't mind, the pc is great and everything is working amazing :) i made a mistake on my end and they were quick to get back to me thanks bradley.
