Great prints

I ordered 6 Photoblocks for my darling Husband for Valentine's Day, about 3 weeks ago.
After 2 weeks they hadn't arrived so I emailed in while I was on my morning break at work, by the time I had checked my emails at lunch Sebastian had replied. He explained that unfortunately my blocks had got lost with the courier as the tracking said it had left the Artfly warehouse. Well the customer service team were absolutely fantastic, I received my blocks 6 days after that! In plenty of time for Valentine's Day and they even sent me an extra one for free! My husband Charles will definitely love these. Thanks Sebastian & Artfly.
Forgot to mention how fantastic the look as well!!!

Surprised and Happy!

Having read a few negative reviews I was nervous at buying from Artf.ly however my experience has completely blown that away, the prints I ordered were awesome and way better than I expected, I was in the good books for this birthday! Ignore the bad reviews, it's a cracking company & product

Ordered from here back in January, had a wonderful experience - everything arrived BEFORE I had expected and it looked exactly how I imagined it would! Using it again next month actually!

Awesome product !

I ordered 6 photobolcs emailed in asking for an update within minutes I received a response saying my order would be shipped out in 2 days.
3 days later I received an email with my tracking number and a week later i received my photoblocs! So happy with my products!
Definitely recommend

Brilliant Service

I recently ordered from ARTF.LY and have to say the service they provide is excellent. I had an issue uploading the images from my phone and when I emailed they responded within an hour to assist. I also had a query regarding the status of my order and a response was provided within 15 minutes and subsequent emails almost immediately. They are helpful and friendly and I could not recommend the company more. I have dealt with Rae and James and would highly commend their customer service skills.

SHAMBLES!!!

Do not use this company ever!!
Poor customer service poor product and the t&cs from wowcher about this company is definitely not true. Ruined the gifts ordered for Christmas as arrived 1.5 months after order date not 7-10 days as stated!!
Communication from us to the company ignored or very delay response with no real answers.
Wowcher had no contact details for them apart from email!!
Disappointed wowcher are advertising such an awlful company!!
AVOID!!!

Worst company I've ever dealt with

I ordered my 3 canvas' which were £75 each!!! On the 20th December 16 and received an email stating I would receive my order within 3-10 working days. I assumed my order would be later than this due to the Christmas period however it's the 13th January now and my order hasn't even been made yet!!!! After several communications there and back they told me that production takes up to 7 working days and delivery takes up to 10-14 days but this was no where to be found on their website and was definitely different to what my order receipt stated of 3-10 working days. I have now cancelled my order after getting so frustrated and requested a full refund. I am awaiting a response from them but if they don't refund me I will be going to trading standards!!!!

Order still not here - over a month now

Order has still not arrived (ordered 6 blocks on the th dec). Been on a supposed priority list since 22nd dec, still nothing. Emailed them again last week, no reply

WORST customer service

Bought a voucher offer from Living Social. Many problems actually placing the order, as company only takes PayPal payments, and had this been made clear on the voucher offer I would not have bought it.
NAIMA emailed me about my "wowcher" offer problems! Finally, after many exchanges, on 28-Nov-16 delivery was promised "in 5-14 days".
18-Dec ZAC emailed my husband's (rarely viewed) PayPal email address to say "we have had a significant technical issue and we are currently in the process of retracing all the affected orders."
No response to my reply, in which I asked why they had suddenly chosen to use a different email address, given the many we had previously exchanged. I confirmed order details in my reply & asked for reassurance that all my data provided with the orders had not been compromised as a result of their "significant technical issues" (I was concerned their system had been hacked or held to ransom - a frequent occurrence)
Now 23-Dec. Only part of order has been delivered. No response to emails.
No indication if/when balance of order may be delivered.

Worst Customer Service Ever

I heard of this company through Wowcher, as soon as I purchased my Wowcher order I went through to redeem on the website. My code was not recognised on the site so I politely emailed the help desk, providing the full order details and my code. I was told to input the code on the website. Obviously I had done this ! I replied with a screenshot showing the error. To which I received no response. A few days went by and I emailed again. I was once again asked to input the code into the website. This exact email was sent to me a further three times! The same response no matter what else I had asked, each time ignoring my request. I ordered this product over 2 weeks ago thinking I had plenty of time for Christmas, its now 2 days to go and I have my best friend without her present and they couldn't of cared less. At one point they even replied with a winky face ! It took 16 emails for them to finally provide me with some useful information on reasons as to why the code would not work.

Worst Service Ever. If I could give this 0 stars I would!

Ordered a canvas for my nephew almost 8 weeks ago now as a Christmas present.
Sent an email 3 weeks ago letting them know I was a little concerned that it still hadn't arrived, at which point I was told the order was in progress and would arrive in 1-5 working days.
I then emailed again the week after asking where the order was as of course Christmas was now creeping ever closer to be told exactly the same again, which really wound me up but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.
I emailed once again on Monday 20th December, this time letting them know exactly what I thought of their service (probably a bad idea but at this point surely I have a right to kick off). I then received the most flippant email I've ever seen which simply said your order is in progress and will be with you in 1-5 working days......once it has left the warehouse of course!!!
You can only imagine the email I then sent in response, to which I still haven't heard anything back from as of yet.
The only advantage is that my nephews birthday is a good couple of months off yet so hopefully they can finally pull their fingers out and manage to deliver within 5 working months!!!

Ordered a print, chased it... got a non-committal response. Said delivery times are misleading, they've asked for my delivery address to find out what is happening. My order number is the email subject... how are they not able to find it from that?

Fabulous company - great communication

Not heard of this company before, and came across them whilst purchasing a wowcher.

On receiving the deal I proceeded through the advised links, but I was struggling to upload my images

I e mailed NAIMA and I received an email back each time very quickly I had a few conversations via email later with Naima, who without hesitance sorted my concerns and queries Naima gave clear, polite and accurate instructions for me to follow, which turned out to be a problem Naima didn't get fed up with all of my emails, Clearly customers are very important to this company who works extremely hard, with very small profit margins priding themselves in customer service and providing customers with the support they need, I will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone, thanks to Naima for all your help

Forget the negatives, look at the positives.

Not heard of this company before, and came across them whilst purchasing a wowcher. Being new to the wowcher world, thought the deal sounded too good to be true! On receiving the deal I proceeded through the advised links, but was getting a little confused as the description wasn't coming up with the offer which I purchased... However I was having a serious dumb blonde moment, and thought hey why don't I just email them to clarify my order. I received an email back within the advised time, had a few conversations later with Naima, who without hesitance sorted my concerns and queries in a jiffy. Naima gave clear, polite and accurate instructions for me to follow, which turned out to be very simple in the end! Clearly a company who works extremely hard, with very small profit margins priding themselves in customer service and providing customers with a really great product! Keep up the good work guys.

Great after sales service.

I am very pleased to review this company, I have read the other reviews and cannot understand as I have received very good service and prompt replies to my queries. I have found then courteous and willing to assist whenever possible. This is not a big corporation, which most people use these days, but a nice family run business, which is whey I believe they provide good service. There are always things that can go wrong but in my experience this has not been the case. I will be very happy to use them again as I love their merchandise. Speak as you find and I find they are great.

Wouldn't touch with a barge pole!

First ordered back in February -that order came quickly , however one of the photo blocks had cut a face in half - despite fitting in their app design..complained and was given a voucher code .

Fair enough - to use I had to spend another £20 of my money. Ok.

Ordered more - with a gift meant for Mothers Day. It came and went, complained finally - 3 weeks in, and was given a tracking showing it had been put out, received at hub a week prior, but tracking hadn't moved since. Gave it a couple of days, still no movement, complained . Was told to give it a few days, did, still the tracking hadn't budged. Complained again, was told I would have to wait until the courier had declared it missing.

Up to this point I was a bit miffed - but stuff happens...

Then 2 weeks of me gurning and being told I'd have to wait until courier declared it missing before they could re-issue it...( I deal with couriers, have had my boxes go missing, they declare and refund me within days - this was 2 weeks later).

Finally I get told they will re-do my order - I give them a week and query if its out..Went out that afternoon - give me a tracking number. The tracking did nothing all weekend - stated that the courier hadn't received it. Checked back with Artf.ly - to be told the courier simply hadn't updated their tracking. Online chat with them to check myself I was told. I did. They were adamant they hadn't received the parcel yet from Artf.ly.

Repeated this the next day - still being told that the courier had it, courier telling me they didn't - and they suggested that Artf.ly contact them direct to sort it..

To and fro for the next few days.

When finally - FINALLY - a week to the day after I was told the tracking number, it finally showed up as being in the couriers possession!

Never in my life have I encountered a company that cares so little about their customers, that blatantly lies to them..

And do you think I've had 1 single apology from them?? Not once..

From start to finish , this 2nd , supposedly semi-goodwill order ( semi paid by own repeat cash!) has taken exactly 2 months !! 8 weeks of rubbish service and lies!

I would highly recommend - that you buy elsewhere. This company is not worth your money or your time.
