Great technical support via chat. I had an issue with the internet connection (due to antivirus aoolication) and I was helped immediately (thank you @ Webster).
After reading through lots of reviews I decided to take a subscription with Atlas VPN as it seemed to tick all of the boxes. The download and installation was a breeze and the installed software was very straightforward to use. I was very happy with the speed of connections, downloads, etc. It was only after trying to setup the split tunnelling that I realised I had made a mistake. Atlas VPN only currently offer this on Android operating systems. As this was a feature that I needed for my Windows PC and was not made clear in their advertising, I requested a refund. I sent an email explaining my problem and was immediately offered a refund, which was paid the next day. It was explained that their staff are currently working on implementing split tunnelling for Windows and the feature should be available in the future. I will continue to look out for this feature as I will return to Atlas once they have this sorted. A great company to deal with.
I can say horrible at least after last update 4 months back. After every update there is an issue to connect, and you need to send logs and details to get connected. EVERY time. And past 4 months 70% server you can not use. In a nutshell, horrible VPN

Worst service and GTCs ever. Be aware. I don’t get a refund for a service I don’t use. Or at least it should be possible to restore my account. Both is a: No!

Email after email as I can't log in again.Reset emails not being received.Paid for a premium service and can't even get into my account or speak to anyone as live chat requires you are logged in.It looks like lots more people are having the same issue.Dont waste your money on Atlas and choose a provider that has agents you can speak to

Most probably the worst company to deal with. There system appears incompatible with Yahoo or so they say as you can't receive log in emails which leaves you swinging in the wind if you need to contact them, then you find just how obstructive they are. I have been trying for days to change my email address, applying for a job at the CIA would be less hassle. I now find myself unable to log into the premium service I paid for instead I can only get their limited FREE Service
If your thinking of using ATLAS VPN.... DON'T

Confirmation login emails not received, white listed as advised, still not recived, uninstall, reinstall as suggested, still no emails. Tried a dozen times times to login. Happens over and over, I have a premium account.
Atlas vpn also corrupts my wifi driver when I shut down the system. Driving me nuts. Contacted support, no response as yet. Not even a ticket number. Are you their Atlas or out to lunch.

Got connected to Emily and she provided on point and straight forward directions to resolve my issue.
Had a small problem in logging, the help was swift and efficent, great customer care.- I'm grateful for the kind, effective, advice received. The product works very well for my needs.-
Well, unfortunately the sincerity of the sites that recommend Atlas VPN is also called into question on the back of the high percentage of 1 star reviews (19%) at present time. This is the age of the digital ripoff and I can confirm that Atlas VPN is right there blazing a self-profitting trail at customers' expense. I opted for the most expensive monthly scheme as I only wanted to use it for maximum 1 month - but could not access it as I was staying in Russia and the site is blocked. I couldn't manage my account as I could not download the app. Eventually I emailed Atlas and they responded saying they would not refund anything as it was outside the 30 days period. They then took a second payment whilst I was corresponding with them and declined to refund that too. I am keeping fingers crossed they won't attempt to take any further payments. They obviously don't care if customers can or cannot access the service - and you can rely on them totally to have some terms and conditions somewhere which negate any obvious necessity to make a refund eg in the case that a customer cannot use the service. They blame third parties but if they are unable to provide a service in a specific country then it should be stated at the onset in big letters! Morally incompetent and ineffective company. Any other random competitor is probably a safer bet :-(
UPDATE: To ATLAS 2/4/2026 . Here is my reference - 194139. Use email for contact.

Do not subscribe to them. They keep on trying to collect money from my account even though I have cancelled my subscription. They even set up a new subscription with another email address of mine. Their customer service is always useless!

Linux application down because of maintenance. It's funny that the client stated "connected" although it wasn't. Regarding the recent security issues (look at the news), I would never recommend atlasVPN. Go to N***VPN or anything other. In my experience (so far), atlasVPN has few servers and most of them are quite slow. Also it's seems like the client has no safety features and is pretty much hardcoded. In my opinion as a developer (in AI) they do not have a great and experienced developing team. Maybe they shouldn't be stingy with it, regarding the level of privancy the users expect from a VPN.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a company invoice - already tired of opening new tickets about this, I think they got trained monkeys working as support since I can't get a normal answer about when I will get that invoice.
Avoid, and use a normal VPN company that has decent support.

I bought a premium membership on their website. payment has been made, premium membership has not been recognized. Even though it took 24 hours to write to customer services, no one replied to my e-mail

They understood the problem and one or two emails latter the problem was solved.
I paid for 3 years and now the VPN stopped working in my country. I haven't been able to use it for several month. No refund, no solution to the problem. Total scam.
