Atlas VPN Reviews 

I tried this VPN fo several months but found that the connections kept failing and the Kill Switch did not work. This defeats the object. I have abandoned Atlas and returned to my previous VPN which is more expensive but reliable

For me, Atlas VPN is the best VPN out there. Today I renewd my subscription and I got a very good offer from Monica in the customer chat. She was very friendly and competent. She could answer all my questions - a perfect support.

Emailed them to cancel my subscription last month in July. They replied me that they have cancelled my subscription and that I will not be receiving anymore recurring fees. I was furious to receive a notification that my card has been charged for it despite being told by them that I will not be receiving any recurring charges. Extremely disappointed and furious with this. I have emailed them about it but did not receive any reply from them.

In case they ask for my ticket number (182218).

The previous ticket where they have told me that I will not be receiving anymore recurring fees.(174720)

Edit: Problem was resolved with AtlasVPN without any issues. Satisfied with the results.

I liked the fast reply by email, i was expecting it to go much slower by email, after finding it hard to reach you by chat. but by email i could attach screenshots to solve it fast. thank you for the help!

Atlas vpn are scammers, no doubts. No ETA, no refunds, they site is not accessible from Russian ip address.
How I'm going to get support if your site is not accessible?
It seems they quietly stop honoring their services in some countries and just keep saying engineers are working on it, but no ETA at this time. Not recommend to anyone. Have to file complain to FCC.

I appreciate the very kind and personal answers. And they have been in time.
The fist hint was not so helpful - it was a standard one, but I already did it and I mentioned it (kill the process an restart).
The second helped perfect: to deinstall and new install AtlasVPN.
So the help was very good. But the issue itself, that the app does not work after normal update, instead a deinstall is necessary, should be solved in a more easy manner.

The lady took her time to explain things I didn't understand.
She didn't expect me to have a degree in computing
Together we got the problem fixed

Terrible experience with Atlas VPN! Doesn't work, no refunds, don't recommend buying. Look elsewhere for a reliable VPN service.

Product support is certainly prompt, persistent and helpful....not faulted to date

Excellent cost of 48 pounds for 3 years on a special offer.
Unfortunately after trialling on firestick, Android and apple tablets (from Spain) on the 4 main UK channels, could only get BBC and Channel 4. Could not get ITVX or Channel 5 to work.
Good news was that Atlas technical where very proactive and made many suggestions to get VPN to work and paid money back, without question, quickly.

In my case, did not work, but was worth trying at the price offered.

Although I have had a few technical issues I received excellent customer support and I would like to particularly thank Poppy for their efficient and courteous help throughout. Greatly appreciated.
