Shipping was a breeze and everything was packaged nicely. Unfortunately the power cable that came with the computer wasn't working,but after a quick ticket to the support team, a replacement was quickly sent out and that resolved the issue. Glad to see after sales support was so responsive.

So good such good value and really helpful with my choice of laptop and so many to choose from. Price was fantastic for what I purchased.

Ordered an A grade refurbished Laptop (Dell Latitude 7420). It arrived after ACT had sent me emails to rate my experience via Aus post. The laptop arrived well packaged - 4 layers of bubble wrap. Upon opening I discovered the rear case was not clipped in properly, there was a gap. Considering this an easy fix I unscrewed the rear case screws to clip in the rear case correctly. One screw head was broken off and two screws were spinning in their mounts. I emailed ACT with pictures over a week a go - no response. Every time I call the phones ring out. No customer service. I will not be using ACT again.

Price is great, delivery is super quick and customer support is amazing.
I purchase computers for friends, family and clients of my company "Home Tech Helper" and the need to contact them after purchase is very rare indeed, but on all occasions when I have done so, the response was fast, hassle free and effective.
I judge the performance of companies I deal with on two levels. 1) the purchasing experience and 2) customer service in the event of complications.

I had somewhat grim expectations of a “B grade” used laptop (having observed grandson’s machine!) but was very happily surprised. Very good value. I am used to the build quality of Apple MacBooks and the HP Elite laptop is right up there with Apple. But struggling to set up a Windows machine was not so happy. All working well however.

Your promt delivery was good. As it’s a B grade purchase your correct with the blemishes it has. On your next delivery I would be sending a note with it to direct the purchaser to the site for a user guide, that would probably be appreciated by most of your customers.
