As with all of the other reviews my story is exactly the same! AVOID buying, so misleading as they cleverly call themselves 'Berkshire Outlet' so you assume the goods are made in this country. Shocking that this can happen.

Please avoid this site if you do not want to click on a "special offer" and find yourself ordering another garment the wrong size. I wish I had read the bad review before making the mistake of ordering. Berkshire Outlet garments are not well made and not true to size. I ordered a dress on the 10th August which arrived too late for the intended event. However, I would not have worn it as it looked cheap and baggy and not true to the colour advertised.
Retuned items must be posted to China which is not clearly explained in the advertising.
I want this company's policy and its poor customer relations made public. I resent paying postage to China when I believed there would be a UK return address.
Extremely disappointed at wasting my money and time.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Customer service poor. I sent the item back at my expense and still only received a 50% refund after a lot of emails back and forth. I would not recommend at all. The item was not as described, really poor quality (frayed seams) and cheap nylon material not the cotton I expected. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Basically it cost me almost £16 to deal with them and have no item even to show for it, a little like stealing?

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering - I received the poor quality clothing eventually and neither outfit was suitable : and so began my ongoing saga of emails from “Abby” . No where is there an address to send this crap back so they then offer 50% or 30% back and say keep the trash ! They paid only 30% after 8 weeks of keeping my money ! And now still ongoing battle to get the 50% . I don’t expect a full refund will ever happen !!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is an absolute scam. Their clothes are of extremely poor quality, both the material and the stitching. They are based in China so you have to pay the cost of returning any items to China to get a refund. The way they make their money is by offering you a 30% or 50% refund in return for not having to pay for the return. Just do not buy from them.

Clothes are cheap hardly sewn together the worst quality don't reply for days i asked to cancel my order 30 minutes after ordering and eventually got a reply 6 days later to say my order had left and that i could use the 30 days hassle free returns now ive been offered 30% refund and to keep the clothes that belong in the bin i want a full refund

I have just joined the list of scammed shoppers. Dreadful products and a hidden Chinese company. On the road to try and get a refund.

Having read all 220 + negative reviews about this company, who also offered me 50% refund on the shoddy dress I ordered...I got in touch with Paypal, who looked into my complaint and I have now had a full refund from Paypal and I will use the shoddy dress as a floor cloth. Advice: Never buy from China unless you can read reviews...Like most people, I thought it was UK based...a very deceitful company.

What a shame I have to award this company a star so that I can write a review. This is the worst on-line company I have ever come across. It is appalling. Service dreadful. Dress - poor fabric, size, workmanship, quality. When offered 30% refund and an address in China to return the dress, I took it to the charity shop but I doubt that anyone will want to buy it .

Do not buy from this company. The dress I ordered was flimsy material, badly made and very skimpy. Returns are not free and have to be sent back to China. I was offered a 30% discount if I did not return dress. When I complained I was refunded 50% otherwise I would have had to send it back at my own expense.

Same as all other reviews. Cheap and nasty fabric and very skimpy. When did China move to Berkshire? Terrible scam. Offered 30 then 50 percent reduction. Refused, told to post to China, £17!!
Paypal have refunded my money without issue. I have complained to Google and will go to Trading Standards. Thieves

I knew what was coming after reading too late the damning reviews. Appalling service every step of the way from this company who, by using the name Berkshire in its title, suggests it is trading as a UK company. It appears to be Chinese looking at the Address. The dress looks very little like the one l ordered, is very small fitting, cheapest fabric & l would have zero pleasure in wearing. Please don’t be fooled.

Don’t use a scam, dreadful dress, not worth the £20 paid. Could never wear it not as advertised. Will inform Facebook when next advertised.

Please do not use this company if you think you will need to return goods. I purchased a dress which turned out to be very shoddily made and definitely unwearable. I complained, sent photos and asked for a refund. I was then offered a replacement of anything else they had in store and keep the original dress. I refused and asked again for a refund. I was then told I had to return item to China, which was unacceptable as the original came from London. I again asked about this and was told to return to China, I checked with GPO to find that minimum cost would be £17. I complained again and was offered 30% refund and keep the item, I refused and again was offered 50% refund. By this time I decided just to accept refund as it was very obvious that they would not refund full price. Do not use this Company!!!

My battle with this scumbag of a company has just begun, but Oh how I wish I had read these reviews earlier. Like everyone else I am disgusted that these scammers are allowed to operate a business like this. Under U.K. law the are flaunting trades description let alone claiming to be a U.K. company whilst operating from China. I shall let you know how I get on……watch. This space.

I ordered from TF Emporium services it came from Berkshire outlet -the material is like a slip they sent me 3 dresses I ordered one they billed my pay pal over a hundred dollars-the last dress was shipped from 10550Sesame Street in Illinois 60131-this is a total scam

I advise everyone to think before buying anything from this company. A long wait to receive the goods and when they do they are not fit for purposes. Nothing like the description. Material so thin and tatty I didn’t even try on. Nothing like the description. Getting a refund was unbelievable. I had to email company and was told a return address would be sent to me in 24 hours. After 48 I sent it back to the address where it came from. Then they get in touch. I have to send it back to China.!!!The company were no help in sending me my parcel back so I am now £40 out of pocket and they have stopped communicating with me. Said there is nothing they can do.
Do your research and don’t go in blind when buying from this company. I give it 0 stars but can’t seem to record that above.

I wish id read theses reviews before ordering. No return slip. No address. What a scam. How dare this company treat customers like this

Not even one star actually!! The same as everyone else on here, I waited weeks for the dress to come. Very poor quality nylon, badly made and didn’t fit. It looked nothing like the photo on the site. I wouldn’t even wear it to do the garden! I emailed Berkshire Outlet asking for my ‘hassle free 30 day refund.’, it became a hassle of course. The options were another size. No thanks, a 30 percent refund or I could return to China as the UK address in Walsall didn’t accept returns. I told them I would open a Pay Pal Case then they offered me 50 percent refund. As it would have cost more to return as the postage would have to be registered and signed for I reluctantly accepted the refund back into my PayPal account. That to my amazement arrived the next day. Not a great result but the only sensible option. This must be a Scam. They are still making money even after giving refunds and letting the customer keep ‘the rags’. I’ll try to report on Facebook where they advertise a lot. Never again!!!
