I ordered a dress paid, waited 2 weeks for its arrival that was nothing like the picture. The material was described as being cotton, which is why I ordered. What turned up is appalling and the material is polyester and spandex!It is ill fitting and quite the worst thing that I've ever ordered. I emailed them asking for refund and return address postage. They asked me to order an alternative. I have said no, I want mailing address and full refund and I will not pay to return because their descriptor was a lie. I have said I will take this further if I do not get as asked. Honestly the dress is revolting. Don't buy as after reading these reviews it's from shanghai not Berkshire. Can't believe they are still trading. Why has it not been stopped. Its fraud. Any one know the moves to take. Its not about the thirty odd quid anymore Its about how they are defrauding people
They ask you to return to China but return address on parcel says. W4, westpoint,middlemore Lane west, Walsall W598DT. You find phone number and it says its some window firm, I just don't get it.

Do not buy from this company. I made two separate orders and neither were delivered despite "tracking" saying "delivered". They are now trying to get more money out of me for a "failed delivery" & "re-stocking" fee claiming the address I gave for delivery was wrong. It wasn't wrong!!

Ordered 2 dresses took forever to arrive which made me suspicious, yes China not referenced in their website. I have no objection to country of origin but transparency yes. Both dresses too small and contacted 're returns . Still await a response 2 weeks on. I stupidly did not check the reviews but has taught me a lesson READ THE REVIEWS.

Do not order from this company cheap, nasty merchandise and even poorer customer service. I eventually took the hit and lost my money. "Hassle free returns" what an absolute joke. Can't believe they are allowed to trade

Poor quality material and workmanship and made in China which was hidden. The company obviously didn't want to give a full refund and processed a half refund without my agreement while I was in correspondence with them.

I ordered x2 dresses which were ill-fitting and poor quality. I requested to return and they emailed acknowledgement saying I would be contacted within 24 hours. Despite contacting a couple of times mire, I've heard nothing.

This is NOT a UK company and the merchandise comes from China. Not the best! Unfortunately, returns are at your cost to China. So you wait for your refund!!!, Beware! Customer Service based in UK - excellent but do not be fooled!

Dresses not made to fit British ladies. Don’t fit properly. Return address is china. Costs a fortune to return. Won’t be buying again.

Update to hook line and sinker.

I didn't return the items and excepted 50% refund. While waiting for the refund I went to Barclaycard and issued a fraud report. Received 50% refund from Berkshire outlet and 50% from Barclaycard. No longer out of pocket but have learnt my lesson. Check Trustpilot first.

Don't buy from this company. Not based in the UK!! Returns have to be sent to China,recorded delivery!!! Quality of the dress I bought was poor. Be warned.

Unfortunately I've had to give this review one star to be able to write it but it's not even worthy of that! I thought I was ordering from a UK company but after waiting a few weeks for my order I realized it had come from China. The dresses were of a poor standard/quality and awful workmanship. I emailed the company to let them know I wanted to return the goods and they offered me a 30% refund instead of returning. I wasn't happy with this so they offered me a 50% refund. I decided to cut my losses and take this rather than sending back to CHINA. I eventually had my 50% refund after much chasing with emails. I wish I had looked at the reviews for this company as they all seem to say the same. I would never recommend this company - stay well away from them!!

I have given this a 1star as I am unable to give it zero. I purchased 2 items at a cost of £58 . I was under the impression that they were a UK based company having seen their advert on FB. They are not. The items arrived after 2 weeks and were not fit for purpose. The following week I emailed Abby from customer service saying I wanted to return the garments. I was very clear in my daily email I did not want the garments due to poor quality , size and fit etc. Each day Abby started her email with how sorry she was and offering me 30% , then 50% off. After a frustrating week she finally gave me the address in Shanghai! I followed the instructions carefully and at a cost of £17 to have the parcel tracked! I gave it a few days and then Emailed Abby and asked what was happening about the return of my money. She asked for the tracking number of the package. The money is today back into my account at a loss of £17 to me. DO NOT BUY from THIS COMPANY. The hassle and loss of money has been very challenging!

After checking reviews and returns policy, and that they were a UK company, I ordered 3 lovely cotton dresses which hung beautifully on the models in the pictures.. They took nearly 4 weeks to arrive from China!
Like another reviewer, i did not even try them on as they are nothing like the pictures. Cheap nasty material which does not hang nicely at all. Very poor quality. Again, like another reviewer, I was offered another size when I asked for a refund, when I declined I have been offered 30% discount and keep the items. I have declined again, stating their 'hassle free' returns policy and have been given an address in China at my cost. I asked for a free returns label, again declined as they are in the US but only have a Chinese warehouse! Now offering 50% discount... watch this space!

An awful cheap version of the advertised dress arrived. Really poor quality, bad construction, loose hems etc. I opened a paypal case and was offered 50% back told to close the case inorder to get the refund. Looks like this is a common experience, avoid and save yourself the trouble.

Avoid this company at all costs!! Saw advert on Instagram, products looked good, says uk based.........comes from CHINA!!!! Long wait and dreadful quality, NOT free returns as stated

As with others who have left a review, dreadful clothes huge sizes offerd50% of my money back saying it will cost more to send the dresses back to China ! I’ll be giving trading standards a call. 30 day money back Guarantee?

This is a scam, they pretend to be UK based and then eventually send hideous nylon clothes from China. I got 50% back and then they promised the other 50% back if I returned items to NY! Obviously haven’t bothered as I’d waste money posting. I’ll use them as very expensive dishcloths. AVOID!

The garment was so bad I threw it away it was very thin nylon materiel and totally the wrong size when tried to send it back it had so many regulations regarding return and it was to China I opted for the percentage refund but still waiting to receive it
