I unfortunately bought 3 dresses from this company after seeing ad on Facebook. After 2 weeks they arrived and one was the wrong size and the other two were correct size but much too small, ie not true to size. The fabric was the poorest quality polyester, and the dresses bear no resemblance to the photos. I have emailed them and am still awaiting a reply. I paid by Visa so I don't know if I will get my £104 back. No return label, despite website claiming "hassle-free returns". They are Chinese but nothing in the ad would suggest this. Do not touch them with a bargepole!

Don’t waste any money with this sham of a company. The 2 dresses purchased were nothing like advertised, very poorly made with inferior material.

Don't be like me, I hope that you checked out this website before you ordered. If I had, I would never have ordered anything from this company. Their sizing is ridiculous, I ordered XXXL for a size 22, it was maybe a 16.
On emailing I then was told I had to pay to return the item (which I knew), but it was to be returned to China (which I didn't know. They offered me 30% of the value to keep the product when I waivered they offered me 50%, I decided to accept as it would probably have cost me half the cost of the item to return it. I am disguested at the way that this company works. If I could have done, I would have given them no stars at all!

Ordered XL online but it then confirmed on screen as S - sent e mails - no phone number - took 4 days to respond and said too late as parcel despatched. On arrival the dress was cheap and nasty nylon and certainly not worth the £29.99. Dreadful quality, poorly finished, cheap nylon material. Offered me 50% discount (on a dress that didn’t fit- really?). No return slip enclosed. Would have to return to China although package states Walsall. This address is derelict property ! I paid £10.50 to return to China as tracked and signed for and it took 3 weeks. The parcel was delivered in China 4 days ago but no one contacted me so I chased up my refund - they have refunded me the cost of the dress only but wouldn’t help with the cost of return even though it was their fault they sent wrong size originally !
I ONLY WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING BUT IVE LEARNT A VALUABLE LESSON NOW - ALWAYS CHECK FIRST !!

Similar experience to everyone else here, this company is operating a complete scam. The quality of their clothes is rubbish, their sizes tiny. Do not buy from them. if you were offered 50% discount and actually got it you were very lucky, I was offered 30% but even that never materialised I paid via PayPal as I believed them to be a safer method but now I can see my credit card company would have been far more helpful and I am sure I would have got a refund. I can only think PayPal are
not particularly concerned who they deal with as I have had little help from them instead they are telling me to return it to China which I know will be not only be very problematic and others have taken that route, even with tracked postage they deny receiving and still won't refund.

I wish I had checked the reviews before I bought a dress from these scammers. I am always so careful too but the dress looked lovely in the photograph which popped up as a sponsored advert on Facebook. It was only after I had ordered the dress that I read the reviews and discovered that I had been scammed. I tried to stop my credit card transaction but my credit card company said that they could not do this for me if I had already placed the order. I then emailed Berkshire asking them to cancel my order. They took 7 days to reply and then said that it was too late as the order had been dispatched. The dress arrived today. It is absolutely awful. Cheap nasty nylon material (not cotton as described in the advert), is poorly sewn and badly finished off with long threads hanging from the stitching. I ordered a size 18 but the label has XL and is more like a size 12 than a size 18. The advert states that it has 4.5/5 - 11,638 5 star reviews. This is a blatant lie. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have just shown my daughter the appalling dress that was sent to me instead of the garment shown on the website. It was almost worth losing my money for the laugh we had modelling it. I was offered a replacement which I accepted after being worn down, but the replacement was as bad. I was then offered 30% off (sounds familiar) and then 50% off (familiar again). At this point I’d had enough of wasting my time and energy so agreed to 50% basically to put an end to the hassle. The very next day I was told the refund time had expired. I really wish I was able to post my pictures because they say it all.. This so called company need investigating, showing up and closing down. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE PEOPLE

Complete con. Jumble sale quality, enormous size for a small, offered 50% for refund ( never received ), returned goods to China ( denied delivery received ) and money lost to Chinese con men.

Ordered a dress recently thinking it was linen mix but it is feels like nylon.on their return policy there is no mention that it has to be returned to Shanghai China.They offered instead 30% of which I wasn’t happy about.I did argue that the return address on the parcel states a Walsal WS9 8DT address.Now they told not to return to that address as that is only a shipping address.They claim they are USA base company but manufacturing in China from where goods are shipped.They have offered me 50%off.I am thoroughly disgusted.I wish I had reviewed the company before ordering.This company is a big scam

Do not fall for this scam. They have an impressive looking website which by the name appears to be U.K. based but the clothing is substandard and overpriced and comes from China.
Then when you get it and it’s no good they expect you to send it back to China plus make the whole experience very difficult.
I’m usually very careful but this time I fell for a scam.
Won’t fall for it again.
If you see good reviews don’t believe them, they will be a scam too. 😡

Beware this is a scam. I had the same experience as all the other customers on here. The company had multiple names on Instagram. I reported to Instagram but the ads are still being posted under several names. The items were cheap and not as described, the photos are fake. They were very reluctant to refund and kept offering 50% refund. I went through PayPal and got a full refund, but had to pay £17 postage to China to get £80 refund. Which I payed out of principal.

Berkshire Outlet is a scam. Please stay away from it. Their products are substandard, material and sizing is appalling. Their refund policy is not clear and when you want to return their product they give you an address in China. The postage will cost an arm and a leg or they will offer you 50% refund. Please, please stay away from this company before you are scammed.

Sad that online buyers have to review-check before buying, but well worth doing - wish I’d done it here.

This is a China / Hong Kong based company and returns will have to go there at your expense.

On further investigation the full address is:

The name connected to this unit is OLIVER KAY

It also states that this address is shipper and not seller

Perhaps anyone who lives in the vicinity of this unit can shed any light on this operation.

Same as the rest of the fellow Customers - items are rubbish . Purchased via PayPal , so hoping for full refund, PayPal are looking at my case.
Berkshire Outlet -THE BIGGEST ONLINE FASHION OUTLET IN ENGLAND - as they call themselves can come over and collect , I'm not intend to pay for the return to China or even Walsall at my expense .

Waited weeks for Dress to arrive, when it did it was nothing like the photograph, very poor quality material and definitely not wearable was also not sized correctly. The company is listed as one of the largest fashion retail outlets in the UK. They are in China and that's why it took so long for dress to arrive. On website it states hassle free return. I had to email several times and was repeatedly told and referred back to their website that they do not do return labels. I would need to return to China and pay for postage. The dress was £35.00, they offered me a 30% discount and I refused but I didn't want to pay to send it back to China and I didn't really think I would get my money back as they didn't instil me with confidence. I ended up taking a 50% discount and I got to keep the dress which was of no good to me. I put it in a bag for the charity shop. Certainly not hassle free. My lesson is to check reviews on companies before purchasing.
