I wish I had the reviews before ordering. The dress ordered was of very poor quality. Despite what their website says they insist on return to Shanghai recommending insurance which immediately rings alarm bells. I have been offered 30% back which I have accepted as I used my VISA for payment. DO NOT USE

I ordered a dress from this company which arrived quite quickly. However the colour looked nothing like the colour on the website so I didn't even bother to open the 100% clear packaging as in addition to it being the incorrect colour the material was dreadful as was the machine stitching. All in all an inferior product. There were no return labels so I contacted Berkshire Outlet to ask for one. They offered me an alternative dress which I refused and asked for a refund on return of the dress.
The information I was provided with was to return the dress to Shanghai. To save the expense of returning the dress to Shanghai they offered me a 30% refund. I haven't accepted this as I wouldn't want to give my bank details to a company as devious as this.

Dress received was too small and looked like it had been made in a lower school needlework class. Asked for it to be returned for a refund ( as it claims on website that it provides hassle free free returns ). They refused to do this but offered finally at best 50% refund but I would have to pay for the return to Shanghai which would cost more than the refund. Still waiting for even the 50% back. Not v hopeful. Absolutely shocking!!

This company is a total scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE. Their ad came up on my Instagram with a photo of a dress I liked. The ad stated free delivery and returns so I ordered the dress in 2 sizes. What I received what a dress that looked completely different from the photo. Like everybody else here who requested a refund, I was offered a 30% and then 50% refund or return the items to China. I eventually accepted 50% discount as I knew that it would be unlikely that I would get any refund if I posted the items back and would be out of pocket for the postage to China. They lied and said they gave me a refund but did no such thing. After many emails back and forth, they ended up giving me a 25% refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Despite their name and their claim to be the biggest outlet in England, clothing comes from China, takes weeks to arrive and their so called cotton with fibre does not look or feel like cotton. My dress had a fault on one sleeve so I emailed them. There is no other way to contact them. I replied to their first email and received exactly the same email in response. I persisted saying I wanted a full refund and free return postage. They will try anything including offers to exchange, give discount and finally the admission that items have to be returned to China at your own cost. On their Facebook adverts, I can only see 5 star reviews which is why I ordered from them. Go direct to Trust Pilot and their overall rating plummets from 4.5 to 1. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Almost the same as all the all the other reviews. I ordered what I thought was a lovely linen dress. On the day of ordering I realised I’d ordered a small size as well as a large by mistake. I emailed them immediately to ask them to cancel the small. The email I got HA back said it’s too late, just send it back when you receive it. HA! HA! Who are they trying kid. As soon as they arrived after weeks of waiting I could not believe how cheap they looked. Very flimsy material. I sent an email asking for a refund & address to send them both back eventually the answer came back offering me to keep the dresses for 30% discount. I wrote back to say - NO I WANT A REFUND. it is my consumer right to receive a refund for clothes that neither fit or of poor quality. I’m still waiting for that reply.

Berkshire Fashion outlet is a complete scam. Avoid at all cost. I ordered 2 dresses. The fabric and workmanship is apalling - no resemblance to the pictures. No paperwork and impossible to return. I have emailed (and got replies) daily since 11 July. In the end I agreed to a 50% refund as I did not trust sending them back to China. First they said they had processed the refund but it never got back to my credit card. After the daily emails and threats I have finally received the 50% today. Yesterday I reported them to Trading Standards (via Citizens Advice). I hope something happens but because they are based in China I was told it might be difficult. The website definitely needs to be shut down. I have put the 50% loss down to an experience never to be repeated. The dresses will go in a clothing bank as they are not fit to give to a charity shop.

I ordered a dress from this company which had an advert on fb. I did not realise this wasn't a UK company until I tracked the delivery. When it arrived it was very poor quality and far to big. Looked nothing like pictures. I emailed company and asked could I return it, they offered me 30% off and then 50% off. After I declined the offer they told me to return dress and I would get a full refund. I would have to return to China and track and insure the parcel. When I checked the postage it was £20 +. I put in a dispute on pp. Then thought about and just accepted the 50%. I would never have bought anything from this company, if I had know they were in China To make matters worse their clothes are absolute rubbish. I should of looked at the reviews before I bought. Lesson learned.

I had been waiting for weeks for dresses I had ordered so I wrote to their customer services and to be fair to them, they did reply. Eventually I received the dresses yesterday but too late, I had to buy an outfit for an occasion. Very expensive dresses and the quality is poor. I want a refund and want to return them but there is no address and no note included in the package. Very unsual, unlike other sites. I TOO WISH I HAD VISITED THIS SITE BEFORE I PLACED AN ORDER. £69.00 is not cheap. I don't know where I go from here but I will definitely never order again and I will make sure my family and friends know too.

Avoid this despicable site BERKSHIRE OUTLET are scammers. They need my £34.95 more than I do! The dress/item is now in the trash bin, because that’s exactly what it was. The dress must have cost all of £4.00 to make. The inferior COTTON used by those desperate CHINESE SWEATSHOP WORKERS. I would not use to clean my windows! The site should be closed down, or at least investigated. They don’t seem to fully understand key words such as: FULL REFUND, NO I DO NOT WANT A DISCOUNT, I WILL WRITE A BAD REVIEW.

They offered 30% then 50% off but we still lose £15 for a flimsy dress nobody wants

Buyer beware. In light of the reviews they have amended the web page to now include in the terms the returns Chinese address a revised section 21 . The address is still not included on the returns page and still claims hassle free.
Unfortunately our colleagues in the Netherlands have also fallen foul. The berkshire outlet has a mirror site Holland Fashion outlet holland-fashion.nl and they can add 51 other negative review
Equally our German friends have also a mirror site duisburg fashion . Same game.
They appear to have run others Thedivincigold.com/ divinci Gold. There is a uk address associated and a uk company TF brand group Llp. Two named directors partners. One self proclaimed CEO of an e-commerce business. All this needs investigating
Update 19rh August. Web site still up and running. Now only showing only one payment card paypal. All others now withdrawn. There are still new reviews so this scam must have caught out many more

How I wish I’d looked here first. My experience mirrors others written here, There should be a Black Star rated lower than 1 because this company doesn’t
.deserve any praise.

I ordered what looked like a nice dress, supposedly reduced from over £60. What arrived was an appalling cheap and nasty imitation of the photographed model, No paperwork in the package at all.

I had thought I was buying from a UK outlet, but after much correspondence, pathetic offers and excuses, I discover there’s an ‘office’ address in the UK but nothing more. Returns have to go to China, and they said they were in the USA. By the time you’ve got this far, you’ll have lost any trust that you’ll ever receive the Refund and returning will put you more out of pocket.

I eventually - and much against my principles - accepted their 50% refund and now I have this Rag of Dress I don’t think they’d even sell in a Charity Shop,

A company like this should be investigated. Whatever road you take, once you’ve given them an order, you’re a loser. Their final insult, after I’d swallowed my pride and accepted their 50% Refund, was to send an email thanking me for ‘working with them’ to resolve the problem. Not quite how I’d have worded it,

Like everyone else here I foolishly purchased from this company before reading their reviews here.

Everything on the site looks lush. The emails from them sound professional. The store name leads you to believe they are a UK company but they are not.

I tried to cancel the order within 30 mins of placing it, but they didn't respond to me for hours telling me my order had already been processed and too late to cancel. Instead instructed to wait till the goods arrive and then use their "hassle free returns service" if not satisfied.

A month later the order of three dresses and a pair of trousers arrive. Every item is awful, a cheap and nasty knock off of what they advertise. The material is so bad, the stitching is sooooo bad. Nothing looks anything like the images on their website. A total joke.

I instantly email them that I wish to return all of it. The return address on the package is London. They tell me I cannot return to this address as the goods will just be sent back to me. They said they have issues with the US site and I can only return the goods to China at my expense. Nothing about this process is hassle free!!!

They then start emailing me offering small amounts of refund to keep their crap.

After I search pricing to return the goods to China (£90) I get the whole scam, order goods that they know you will not return because the cost of that will always be more than what you paid. This company is wining no matter what.

I am utterly disgusted and in shock as to how they are still able to trade when they are basically lying about what they sell, lying about where they are based, lying about quality, and lying about having good reviews. They are ripping people off from the get go. They will eventually vanish and re-open with a new name.

Something must be done about this.

Despite appearing to be a UK store this company is based in China so returns are VERY expensive! Ordered jeans, sizing was very small and fabric and stitching of poor quality, not as it advertised. They actually did refund me 50% and let me keep the jeans which will go to the charity shop, maybe the company didn't want them either!

Do not buy from this company. They say they are UK based, not true. I ordered 2 dresses. I contacted them as I wanted to return them as they were unsuitable. They asked if I would like to exchange them. I said no, I wanted the address for returning the items. They would not give me an address & suggested a 30% refund. I said I wanted 100% refund & for the address to return the items. They offered 50% refund as they did not want me to have the hassle of returning the items!! I said I wanted 100% refund & quoted their Return & Refund Policy from their website. The last communication is that my query was being referred to their manager. Needless to say I have heard nothing further. I advised them that I would request my Credit Card company to do a charge back.

DO NOT order from this Company.
I ordered the red River Dress and they sent me a totally different dress and style, that I tried to return.
As the Company is in Asia, the postage/tracking etc would work out expensive and although the wrong dress was sent, they insisted that I had received my order!
I have been left with a dress that I neither ordered or fitted me!
Eventually after several weeks, I had to get PayPal involved to thankfully sort it out.
If I could give zero rating, I would.

As all the reviews you will read , yes I fell for it !! On Instagram, the company doesn't exist, they will not refund your money .The products are appalling !
Do not buy from this company .
And Trustpilot.com why have you done nothing on your site , shame on you !
