Appalling quality and sizing. I ordered what was supposed to be 3XL as I wanted an oversized shirt and it would barely fit my size 8 daughter. Advertised as cotton, was the cheapest synthetic material that looked nothing like the images. Please don’t use this online store! Only way of returning is to pay for it to be sent back to China!

I agree an absolute scam. They do not exist. Completely a con company. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting

If I could give less than 1 star I would do so.
I ordered two items and they came within the delivery period, so far so good but there it ended. The parcel had no invoice etc, no customs stickers, only a RM prepaid sticker that gave a return address in Walsall.
The items were of very poor quality, thin material and poorly sewn. Basically faulty.
But it says they offer hassle-free returns so I contacted them asking for a full refund. They started off assuming I wanted a different size so I reiterated I wanted a full refund thank you. Then they offered a 30% discount and I again asked for a full refund and explained that the goods were faulty. This time they offered a 50% discount and I am feeling uneasy. They also suggested I return the item but to Shanghai! But the company name sounds English. The registered address is English. There was no mention of returning to China on their Returns page!
The company give a registered address in Dowgate London and TF imperium are on Company House with two company officers under TF Brands Ltd. Two people born in Holland, living in Bulgaria. One is on Linked as a CEO of an 'ecommerce company '.
The address in Walsall for return parcels is a warehouse up for rent.
Their Terms and Conditions mention a company in Hong Kong which is merely a business that helps set up other companies.
They appear to be associated with other businesses such as Yorkshire-Fashion.com (Yorkshire fashion outlet on FB), theDavincigold.com, and Fortuna-jewels, Fashion outlet World.
According to the Consumer Contract Regs, I should be able to return faulty goods at no cost but they disagree.
One might also note the 11,000+ TrustPilot views on their webpage which curiously is not congruent with the 134 reviews (131 negative) on this genuine TrustPilot website.
Caveat, ....buy at your risk. I strongly advise against it.

Absolutely appalling quality. The shoes and dress looked great in the advert, what arrived was tacky and nasty. The shoes were advertised as leather - they were synthetic. I paid over £70 for a load of rubbish. They offered me 30% discount which I declined and said I would prefer to return the goods for a full refund. I was then told I would have to return them to China which when I enquired
was going to be a whopping £27!
I hope this company will close down and not scam anymore people. I should have read Trustpilot review before purchasing and then I would never have made this big mistake.

Do not buy from them
They falsely claim they are UK based on their website but they are based in China
The clothes are bad quality and very bad fit
When I asked to return the items they said I had to post them back to China at my own cost

The dress delivered looked totally different to the one advertised. Material different shades from top to bottom, at least 12’’ shorter and a load of tat! I did get 50% reimbursed as wasn’t prepared to pay for return. The money was paid into PayPal within an hour of me accepting.

This company is not English. The clothes are awful quality material and they don’t look as they do on the site, shape and cut wise. The sizing is all over the place, one dress is far too big with ridiculously small arms.
No clear way to return is displayed on the site, they want to refund me 50% and I get to keep the items. Items I can’t wear and look awful. Since I asked for a full refund they’ve told me to return the goods at my own expense to china!
I would have been better going to primark!!

Just like others I fell into the trap of thinking this is a UK based company. The dress I ordered really did not look like the one on the website, fabric was cheap, pattern was different, style was different. Just avoid. No chance of refund, they ship from China! Eventually offered a 50% refund. That’s seems to be their business model. They have made £15 from me. Please don’t bother with this company.

I purchased a dress in good faith from this scam company. The name Berkshire Fashion outlet leads you to believe it’s a UK company, don’t be fooled like I was. The dress finally arrived and although XL, it was so small it wouldn’t fit a 12 yr old. The adverts for this company appear on Facebook. Beware …..

I have contacted BBC Watchdog and suggested that they read these reviews. Let's hope they can expose them.

Complete scam company. Received a dress (£34) from Berkshire-Outlet. Shoddy material and hem uneven,
Complained and was told that I could receive 30% refund which eventually raised to 50%.
If I wanted a full refund, I would have to have return to China at my cost as their London outlet did not accept the product. There is no pre-paid label and no acceptance that this was a faulty product.
Sending the faulty dress and emails to trading standards as this company should not be allowed to trade.
The only reason for 1* is that I did receive replies to my emails - though no satisfactory result.

Don’t do it do repeat do not buy from the disputable company. Like many others I fell for the brilliant marketing and thought the items were from the U.K. Should have read Trust Pilot . May be I I have a little bit of an excuse in that I’m of the wrong generation to be mistrusting ( 83 ) wasted 63pounds on a present for my granddaughter she says she would not were them even as a dressing up item and I’m too ashamed to take them to a charity shop.Paypal have been brilliant but at the end of the day perhaps it’s not worth all the agro to try and return the items.

Reiterating everything everyone has mention as same happened to me, I ordered 2 dresses one arrived so small couldn’t get over my head plus very poor quality, and one arrived ripped & poor quality!! Still awaiting 30% refund

I am yet another who has fallen foul of this scam, I am going to approach trading standards. Something has to be done, even if I do not get a refund

This company is a disgrace I ordered a dress which came from China not from UK which is were I thought it was coming from.
The dress did not fit and is badly made they offered 30% refund and keep the dress.Why would I want this item not worth the money and to send it back cost a fortune the item should go back to who I ordered it from not China.
So no matter what I do I am out of pocket.
Do not buy from them they truly are a bad company.
The label on the bag say return to Walsall but they give you return to a China.

I have fallen foul of this scam too. I have not even received the items yet but have bought several dresses and spent a lot of money which has clearly gone down the drain. So dissapointed

My mother has fallen foul to exactly the same experience as all those detailed here. She ordered one dress but 2 were sent, quality awful, offered 50% back of ship to China. She is reporting to bank and Facebook which is where she saw the ad. It’s surely misleading advertising. Will look at trading standards and alternative ways to report.

Unfortunately, I am yet another person taken in by these scammers. The site looked really good and the clothes not overly expensive. However, on arrival they are clearly rubbish. Sandals that I paid nearly £50 per pair for are plastic and the dresses are awful nylon. I contemplated taking the hit of £139 and passing the goods to a Charity shop but to be honest I would be too embarrassed to take them there.
I have asked for a refund and they have said they will give me a 50% refund or to return all items for a full refund minus the cost of postage to return (which is around £24 to China) but people on this site are saying even if goods are returned the company say they haven't received/can't track them so an additional £24 for nothing ....
Surely, we can all get together and report this site and get it closed down - they are scammers; liars and thieves let's try and stop them taking anyone else's money !!! Does anyone have any idea who we can contact to put the wheels in motion ????

I also agree with the question posed by another reviewer how do they have 5 stars on Trustpilot ??

Writing this for anyone else reading. I am so appalled by this company- clearly making money by theft and scam. Is there anything that we can do? Can we report them? If you have any ideas please leave another review above.

How is it that this company has 5 star reviews on Trustpilot on its website. This company is very clearly operating a scam, and I endorse all the comments I have read above. It also puts Trustpilot in a bad light as it is difficult to distinguish between the genuine site and the scam site. Beware - this company is operating using false information, The Trade Descriptions Act (TDA) makes it an offence for traders to falsely describe goods and services. It is clearly operating outside the law.
