After almost 3 weeks of waiting for my order to arrive. The good arrived from CHINA
(They were not 100% cotton as described on the website) sizing is all over the place.
After many emails and requests for the goods to be returned (this would have to be to America) it was agreed I would have a 50% refund on the original cost of the good.
STILL WAITING for the REFUND and I email every couple of days to follow up on why the refund has not been processed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not order from Berkshire Outlet. The quality is poor and I am still trying to return for a full refund. They keep sending emails offering further discounts for me to keep the garments, rather than clear instructions to make a return. Not a trustworthy site.

I ordered 2 garments which I had to chase as there was an attempt todeliver the parcel to the wrong address. When I finally received it I was so disappointed in the quality and fit . The products are cheap and nasty and come from a china, so the title of the company is misleading you into thinking its British . I also asked for a refund but was told I had to post it myself back to China and would then only get 30% refund . An absolute scam . I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

Not delivered when they said it would be
.when it arrived it was in the smallest bag you could imagine. Wrong size and sure it was not the dress I ordered. Emailed them , they were not interested. On the package it says return address in Walsall, but if you send it there, they will send it back to you. This is only a distribution warehouse.
They offered me a 50% refund which I refused, and wrote to them and said they should give me a full refund as they sent the wrong size.
The dress material is like tissue paper, very poorly made..Don't think I shall get my 💰 back. This site is not even worth 1 star. They should be shut down.

I pride myself on being astute with my finances, but I was completely taken in by this ‘English sounding’ company.
I ordered a few items for my upcoming holidays, with two of each in different colour ways so that I would have a choice.

Their website states “Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product hassle-free within 30 days after receiving for any reason“.
They also state “Return your product hassle-free within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.

The four garments arrived squashed into a tiny bag with no labels, no invoice and no return address.
The items are badly made, see-through cheap polyester.

They have asked me lots of questions as to why I want to return everything. I have now sent 4 emails and in the most recent one I said “If you fail to adhere to these statements that are on your website, then you are breaking the law.
If you do not offer me a full refund, then you are stealing from me”.

Each reply that I have received is from a different person on the ‘support’ team.
I will keep sending emails, but hold out little hope of getting my £114 refunded.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I would give this no stars if I could. I have had the same experience as everyone who has written a review here. I am currently in contact with them and just keep getting the same message back that I must return to China or receive 50% refund, neither of which I can afford to do. I have found a London address but am told this is for despatch only. I have googled it and it seems to be their address but I can't risk sending return there. I have emailed 'Rip Off Britain' and waiting to hear from them whether it's something they would take on. SO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE OR PAY THE CONSEQUENCES!!!!!

AVOID, AVOID - ITS A SCAM FROM CHINA. CLOTHES ARE REALLY POOR QUALITY AND DON’T LOOK LIKE THE WEBSITE PHOTOS AND THE FIT IS AWFUL. AVOID! They don’t give any information about refunds or returns. Total scam from a sweatshop in China.

If I had the option for no stars I would. The dress was of poor quality and not representative of picture. Their returns policy states it’s hassle free, don’t believe this. You have to return your items to China at your own expense so a refund just isn’t a refund. They keep offering a lower refund as they know they aren’t leaving me with much choice. DO NOT risk buying from this company!

Fake site, not in uk selling shoddy fake items nothing like photo.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I’m annoyed I have to put even one star because there are no stars worthy of this criminal operation. Took 3 weeks to arrive. When it finally did it looked like a child had thrown some fabric together in a pathetic copy attempt. Threads hanging and shoddy workmanship. The photos they use are not true to them. It’s a scam. Please save your money and avoid.

This is a dangerous company, they charged me for a dress I didn't want, tried to set up a monthly payment scheme and now are refusing to refund my money for the dresses I returned.

DO NOT USE they are scammers, fraudsters and thieves.

Phew! Saved by the reviews I read here! Thanks ladies. I got caught out once before on a similar on line shop that turned out to be in China. I was about to order some dresses and then had the sense to check on Trustpilot.

As others have said my dress looked nothing like the advert. The material was incredibly cheap and like nylon.
The cut was poor and don’t fit.
After several e mails I received 50% back without sending it back to China. I was told I could not send it back to the Walsal address (even if it exists at all).
I do hope people read these reviews before buying anything from this company.
Please do not waste your money.

If you want reasonably priced ‘designer’ wear please shop at New Look, Primark, H&M etc as i can guarantee that the quality and fabric composition will be infinitely better.

As all other reviewers say, why did I not check Trust Pilot about this company. Thought it was bona fide UK company, only to find my garment is shipping from China!! And taking forever to come. From all the other reports I have read I’m not expecting anything marvellous. Steer clear of Berkshire Fashion Outlet!!!!

I am an idiot to have ordered from this site, for the same reasons that everyone else has given.
I'm currently engaged in a lengthy email exchange with a chap called 'Jeffrey' on their "Customer Support" team - ha! The reasons he finds to put off discussing a refund are hilarious - and totally opposite to the Returns and Refunds Policy on the website.

There is a UK return address on the parcel containing the (very thin, polyester) dress I received but I doubt there would be any helpful response from that:
