Somehow this firm invaded my laptop space with advertising. I had such an awful experience with three other so-called Chinese fashion firms I can now spot the subtle signs and knew this was a scam outfit, with shoddy goods, and really impossible to get money back. Last time (Shein/Jarella Style and another) I complained to the Chinese Embassy here about the country's reduced reputation for goods. It is true that often M&S and other stores will bring in clothing goods from China (but they have strict quality control and need to because of their reputation). The cheapness is down to incredibly low wages for workers and cheap material. This firm knows it needs to disguise its Chinese roots (Hong Kong in this case) because their business model is based on 'front of house imaging' that brings in rapid orders and money under false pretences that will eventually be exposed by customers on review websites and the marvellously helpful Trust Pilot, and allows for virtually no comeback. Eventually the word gets around and the company rebrands. They use skilled marketing, (hence delightful models and photos) a branding that seems English/US (i.e Berkshire as a name). Clues are their "we will pay for delivery" (a figure they build into their charges), no address that is obvious, dress designs that are the same but in different materials, attractive modelling and images. I have written to Google about them but doubt anything will happen. So it's the Chinese Embassy, Trading Standards, The Dept of Trade, and Trust Pilot again. Spread the word.

Absolutely awful! I ALWAYS check Trustpilot on firms I haven't heard of but this time I didn't and I see the same issues I'm experiencing outlined below.
The shoddily made stuff is coming from Hong Kong. I'm over £120 out of pocket because none of the 4 items look anything like their glossy photos - don't get sucked in on Instagram like I did - all were described as cotton and leather, a jacket. ALL, and I do mean all, are polyester!! I've contacted my bank to raise a dispute. I've also told this phoney outfit of my intention because they've offered me 30% back and I get to keep the tat!
Do yourself a favour and save your wallet by shopping elsewhere.

Oh well, I will know to look at Trustpilot in future FIRST. I ordered a little summer dress, thankfully only £25. It said Cotton & Fibres and looked like a linen mix. It took 4 weeks to arrive and is 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton of the very poorest cheapest variety and quite awful.
I read that it clearly stated "return FOC within 30 days, No Questions Asked" so I emailed the Customer Services, since I couldn't see how.
I am now 4 emails in....... been offered 30% refund and all questions about returning the dress are avoided/ignored. Now I have read this I realise I have very little chance of seeing my £25 again!

Complete scam. It isn't in the UK and the goods are shoddy bits of polyester that went straight in the bin no resemblance to the dress advertised and definitely not cotton. I wouldn't have insulted the charity shop by donating them. They say they will refund if you pay to return the goods overseas, suspect I would just be out the postage. AVOID.

Terrible quality. Can't believe I bought something from an online 'shop' that I'd never heard of...looks like they sell unfer different names as I see the same odds for different retailers on fb. As below, they stalled, then offered 30%. It's so bad I wouldn't wear it for free.

Hindsight is a great thing ,wished I put it into practice and read the reviews…looks like we are all singing from the same hymn sheet .What a dreadful company to have any dealings with .Also a shame that our country and our banks can’t do a great deal to help…Put this down to a bad costly experience,a dress i purchased like many , not fit for purpose I now will not attempt to send back ,but will see what offer they come back with..PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! ps not worthy of 1 star ,no option .

totally mugged, didn't realise based in Hong Kong and all returns go back to China at buyers expense, poor quality the dress looked nothing like the picture and the 'Leather' items were both PU , still kicking myself for not looking at the terms and conditions and being seduced by 'The Berkshire Fashion Outlet', trying to get Hong Kong trading standards involved. Have said I'm not paying to return as goods are not fit for purpose and not as described but keep trying to fob me off with offers of 30% refund and exchange for something else. It needs to be stopped!

what a scam - they call themselves THE BIGGEST ONLINE FASHION OUTLET IN ENGLAND. When my dress arrived I didn't even have to open the package to know it was badly made, white stitching round the neckline and it was rucked. I immediately emailed them asking where to return the package since there was no paperwork with it - they stalled for a while, told me to keep it and they would refund 30% - when I insisted on returning it they offered me 50% but since I wouldn't wear it if you gave it to me I returned it to the return address on their envelope. They finally came back and asked me to post it to an address in Shanghai...
I sent them photos of the proof of postage, photo of their envelope with return address on it and photo of parcel posted by me - they now insist on a tracking number as they don't know if they have received it.
Having looked at the post code it seems to be warehousing. There was no mention of the fact that this was coming from Shanghai or I would NEVER have bought it.

Very poor quality, clothing doesnt fit. Trying to return items but can't get the company to tell me where to return it to as no return address on the website. Stalling tactics to keep my money. If anyone has successfully been refunded could you let me know how you achieved it. Thanks

One star is too generous. Expensive and exceedingly poor. Misrepresentation of what the company is. Wish I’d researched before buying as wouldn’t be heavily out of pocket.

Awful company! Wish I had read the reviews as I’ve had the same experience. Ages for the dress to arrive, poor quality item, that was nothing like the picture, offered 10% refund, then 20%, then 50%. When I refused, asked to return item to China at my own expense! Will try and claim some money back via Pay Pal if I can. Left with a very expensive floor cloth!

Would give no stars if l could,the dress l paid £34 pounds for its not fit for purpose,could just get it over my head ,very poorly made ,material substandard be warned This Is Not A English Company stay away from these people ☹️☹️

My advice would be to never use this company. Their advert states delivery within 3-5 days, 17 days later a very substandard dress arrived which was returned immediately to the return address on the envelope, an address in Walsall. I had been emailing their so called support office asking for a refund as the dress hadn’t arrived as stated, they told me they couldn’t refund as it had left the factory! They are now disputing that the parcel has arrived, whilst it was sent 1st Class with Royal Mail. Stalling tactics all the way. They have a photo of the receipt but still refuse to refund without a tracking number. My saving grace was I paid via PayPal, they have reimbursed me and will look to get it back from the scam company. Please beware and NEVER use this company.

I gave 1 star as could not give zero stars. Do not buy from this company or Yorkshire outlet as they are the same company. The item is not as described, appalling quality from China not the Uk as led to believe. Took 3 weeks to arrive not 3-5 as quoted on the website. Want the item returning to China at my cost even though the company is at fault. Will not give full refund until they receive the returned item.

Bought a dress which looked nothing like the picture, the material was flimsy and transparent. Absolutely awful!! I returned it immediately (which cost me a third of the price of the dress) and since then the company have sent numerous emails all basically saying they cannot refund me the money. BE WARNED if you buy anything from this company and return it you MUST have it tracked (something they don't explain or they WILL NOT refund your money. Awul quality and dreadful customer service.

Bought a dress which by the photo looked loose fitting after a long wait full of apologies and told to hang in there.when it eventually arrived it was a fitted dress,couldn't even get it over my head.was offered a 30%discount,and given an address in China to send it back.i was taken in by the name Berkshire thinking it was an English company, still waiting for another reply about the address given to me for return,on the package the return address is to England?The dress is the worst ever I have ever sent for and I have bought online before from other companies

I needed to send items back as they are of poor quality and wrong size. I have contacted them for an address
but no reply I was lead to believe this was an English company but no so.
I feel very angry that I may have been conned!
