Blvd suites owes us $40K after collecting money from their guests-clients and not paying for apartments they were using
Be aware if you do buisness with Blvd. Suites CH company, they are not financially stable and took advantage of their client to collect the money and not to pay apartment lease holder they were using for their guest. They owe our company $40K and after many months of trying to collect they sent $19K check that bounced. I will delete this review if Blvd Suites will pay us asap otherwise we are ready to go to the highest measures available to collect.
Won't return phone calls or emails
Can't get a response from anyone at Blvd Suites. I assume they are out of business. They also don't respond to these reviews any longer.
Company seems to be going out of business
I also have been trying to contact this company for several days. I finally got an email back today saying they are "no longer able to assist". I'm not sure what that means, but I just wanted to let others know that this company does not seem to be operating anymore.
You owe me £60K Jeff.
Easy to work with
Easy to work with, very responsive when I had questions or concerns, and super helpful when I had any kind of questions regarding the property (dry cleaning, mail service, etc.)
My only complaint is that the couch is very uncomfortable to sit on, but i shouldn't sit that much anyway :)

I usually stay in the Ann Arbor area and I have to say that Lauren and Sarah always go further to satisfy my needs.
Two observations:
1.- Sometime housekeeping personnel misses to do basic cleaning like dishes or a change on bedsheets. Nothing I can't do myself, but it is always nice to have a full service if my company is being charged for it.
2.- Please add blackout curtains on the main room. Please!! In the past this has been a dealbreaker for me as it is tough to sleep in during the weekends when all you want to do is rest.

I always had bad comments from my coworkers from these places, especially the ones in Mercury Dr. This time I stayed in the ones at Fairlane in Lincoln Dr next to the mall and this place is awesome; this apartment is newer and with better furniture. The only 2 complains I would have is that even the garage is not often used, it is not clean, and it would be great if the main room had blackout curtains.

The apartment was very nice and the employees were good to work with. My only exception was the A/C unit. For 2 years, I was noticing the A/C unit was not cooling and when I asked that it get checked, the repair person would write and say it was working fine. A/C unit would continuously run and not cool the apartment. It had gotten up to 90 degrees one night and I left and stayed at a hotel. Finally this year, an employee stopped the apartment, saw the issue and came up with a fix that worked great. His name was Shaun and he was great. Kudos to Shaun, Sam, Hiba, and Sara. All have been very helpful.

Need Deadbolt on Front Door
There is no deadbolt on the entry door. Housekeeping walked in while I was sleeping at least once (that I know of). The privacy door tag was too flimsy to stay hanging on the door knob so they had no idea I was inside sleeping. I was working nights during my stay there.

Great location, nice environment
Great location
Nice size for a one bed flat
Cleaned every week
Friendly staff
Very noisy street
No intimacy (I was facing the hospital, everyone could see me)
Inspection within the flats on a daily basis for any reason possible (water, electricity, smoking detectors, etc.) : I litteraly felt harassed whereas I was not even staying there full time (a month rent but spent 50% of the time in Paris...).

Great place for temporary housing!
We stayed at The Malbec for about 5 months waiting for our home building to be completed. Our unit was furnished. We found our “ home away from home” to be comfortable, we used the gym regularly which was great! Everyone we worked with was friendly and responsive. We would recommend without reservation!!

Home away from home
Enjoyed our stay. The apt was clean, well decorated and ample free parking. The Blvd Suites were very professional and helpful. Only complaint would be the WiFi .... it disconnects in the bedroom.
Would recommend to family and friends

Champagne Costs, Beer-Budget Amenities
I am into my third week of a four-week corporate rental (costing $5k+) through Blvd Suites and, largely, I'm disappointed and would never secure housing through this company again.
First, the positive. The apartment is clean and has a great, spacious layout. We love that we're on the top/third level with no neighbors above us. It is mostly quiet (except for some EXTREMELY loud pounding around the outside of our apt today). The entire community, overall, is quiet. The pool is fantastic. The location is the best part (not far from downtown Ann Arbor, shopping, groceries, interstate). In addition, communicating and dealing with my initial point-of-contact was easy, professional, and straightforward. Upon our arrival, we appreciated that "starter" amounts of dishsoap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels were provided. Also, the bi-weekly cleaning service did not disappoint. Housekeeping has left this unit clean and well-cared for during our stay so far.
However, the apartment where I'm placed is seriously dated. On the old stove, three of four burners work. The refrigerator on its low-medium setting freezes food (I lost a fair amount after our first grocery trip). The washer and dishwasher do not drain properly. Furniture is cheap, even damaged/loosely assembled. The apartment is poorly outfitted: no cutting board, broken or absent simple/straightforward cooking tools, cheap tin pans (forget frying an egg or grilling a simple cheese sandwich). For the cost of this space, Blvd Suites falls short of average - not unreasonable - expectations.
(Disclosure: I submitted a service request for the slow-draining washer. But after three days of waiting, I cancelled my request and discovered I could solve the problem, mostly, by running the spin cycle an extra few times.
This seems easier than waiting/anticipating maintenance to arrive.)
Notably, upon our arrival, we were met with absolutely no information about the community where we are staying. I had to track down pool hours, as well as garbage and recycling information (there are no dumpsters and this single-family home owner is not familiar with the community's "Trash Butler", which apparently is a daily [?] or weekly [?] at-your-doorstep trash-collection service and, once-per-week collects recycling left in clear bags and left outside apartment doors). A nice print out, left at the apartment or emailed in advance, about the specific rental community's rules and expectations would be appreciated.
Most troubling, however, is the failure of Blvd Suites to ensure quiet enjoyment of its clients in their corporate living spaces. One week into my arrival, I was notified that the apartment management company would be entering my space sometime over the span of 7 business days between the hours of 9AM and 5PM (except for the daily one-hour lunch break) to do repairs required by a previous state inspection (yes, the unit I'm in failed to meet state inspection). The notification, left on my door, was not only overly general in its timeframe for the work to be done, but did not specify what type of repair was required and how long the repair would take. I've had at least 4-5 back-and-forth emails with Blvd Suites guest services requesting more information (note: I'm bothered and irritated by the interruption, but not opposed to it provided more information is given). The representative, despite having the exact copy of the letter I received, seems to misunderstand my concern/has failed to resolve it and, days into this week-long window, I still have no idea what will happen - and when it will happen - inside the apartment I'm renting. It's infuriating, to say the least, especially since my husband is working remotely for his D.C.-based company in the unit (= conference and video calls requiring quiet and privacy) and I'm often here with our three young children (I've had to advise them multiple times: Do NOT answer the door). Notice is essential - and actually required by law - unless there's an emergency and I refuse to let anyone into this unit without more information. Blvd Suites has not only placed me in an apartment run by poor management that does not give proper notice to its residents, but Blvd Suites, itself, is failing to protect its clients from the apartment management/maintenance intrusion.
My husband and I are business owners. Previously, my husband was a consultant and frequently stayed in corporate/furnished housing along the east coast. We both find these accommodations substandard and we would never place one of our employees or consultants in a similar situation. Blvd. Suites can do better and should thoroughly inspect corporate apartments and consider the management of the communities where they lease on behalf of short-term renters.
