It was a reasonable stay,
The apartment was comfortable, but main floor was not vented well and took few days till the oder left the place. The outdoor stairs needed to cleaned from dust and spider webs.
Otherwise the rest of the features are quite acceptable and good. The location is excellent, the management are quite friendly.

Jose - I am terribly sorry to hear this. I looked into your reservation and see where the property's maintenance team entered your furnished suite prior to your arrival, and after we performed our Quality Assurance Inspection, to address a water leakage in a neighboring apartment. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the issue prior to your arrival and therefore did not know that they had moved the furniture around, removed artwork, and generally left your apartment a mess. Again, I apologize for the unfortunate experience and will do our best to ensure a better experience next time!

I worked with Boulevard Suites for my corporate housing while I was living in Cincinnati for 7 weeks. I could not have asked for a better experience. The BS associates checked in with me frequently and communicated extremely well. I was very pleased with my experience!

Staff was helpfull when I asked for assistance.
Still I got a couple of things that could improve the costomer experience:
I would ask for cleaning services for the appartment to be offered more often/earlier since the first time I got my appartment cleaned was 3 weeks after I go to the apartment; still my understanding was that cleanning was bi-weekly.
Also, the cushion/foams of the excersise machines at the Fitness center are in desperate need of renewal/maintenace. Several cushions are currently completely torn and damaged.

I looked into the housekeeping issue and see you were indeed to receive housekeeping every two weeks, as you said. I see you arrived on 6/27 and your apartment was cleaned on 7/11, which would have been exactly two weeks since your arrival, and then again two weeks later on 7/25. I'm sorry it felt like longer than two weeks! Also, thank you for the information about the exercise machines. We will let the property know and ask them to get those fixed.

Unit not ready on the agreed day. Couldn't find us a hotel while waiting for two days. Unit was not clean. Air conditioning was not working.

The attention by email is very good
In general the Blvd Suites attention by email is very good. The place, The Albert, is great but you need to warn the people about the extremely noisy renovation of the buildings across the street.

Great company. Always get back to you quickly. Wasn't as pleased with the apartment complex.
Air was out for 1st 6 hrs of our stay. Apartment not clean. Had problems with T. V. Most of stay. Holes is screen, 3 wasps got in apartment. Problem with washer. When I contacted Blvd suites they got with someone immediately. Just wish all was taken care of before 4pm move in time. We paid for entire day but couldn't come til 4. Left at 7am day we left and charged for that day. Only got $50 credit for all the problems. No garages or carports available. Hope we can go back to place we stayed last year, next year.

I stayed at the 2 bedroom 2 bath …
I stayed at the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at the Landing at Briarcliff. Everything was clean & organized. They had 99% of what I needed. I wrote "99%" because the apartment needed coasters and a dustpan but missing those was not a big deal. And when I suggested that the apartment could use those, they were very responsive to my suggestion. Thank you for providing a very nice, clean & cozy place for me to stay for four weeks!
