6 month stay
We had a 6 month stay and it was very nice. Darrin and team were responsive to our needs, quickly handled minor service requests. We had no difficulties or maintenance issues. The building was quiet and our apartment was clean. Secure entrances was useful. Parking was fine and we always could find a space. I have no reservations giving this 5 stars.

I enjoy my days in Meadows and the great service of Blvd Suites. My only recomendation is to improve the emergency phone number to communicate with someone. I had an issue with the fire sensor, that was bipping every 2 minutes and nobody answer me during the weeking. So those night was horrible. Next day I received a circular that maintenance will reviewed and after that was fixed.

It sounds like you may have called the property direct. Also, please note, as outlined in your Welcome Packet, an emergency is generally considered a severe water leak, a clogged toilet in a single bathroom apartment, loss of heat or a lockout.We are pleased to hear you felt your received great service from Blvd Suites, and we hope to have the privilege of hosting you again!

Good overall living experience. Communications on repairs were not always well communicated by the P&L staff (air conditioning.)However, in the reaction to correct situation was fine. Friendly staff in the P&L Sales Office good and also with the Boulevard Office.

I've found my go to extended stay company!!
What can't I say! Super easy check-in, resevered parking spot, over the top views of the river, and an upscale building to match the views. The apartment was military clean, you can tell it's well taken care. I really loved being treated to a welcome basket within my unit. The furniture and the bedding were nicer than my own home, everything was super comfy. It really hurt to leave and will request BLVD Suite on my next extended trip. Thanks team BLVD!!!

I would rate zero stars if possible
I would rate zero stars if possible. I was locked out of the building at 1am, as the call box which I was ensured would have my name in it did not. It took 90 mins to get into my apartment, which only happened because the apartment managers were great - blvd suites was actively not helpful. Additional hijinks occurred involving the deadbolt on my room breaking, but the story is too long to tell here.
TL;DR: I will never rent through blvd suites again, and you shouldn't either.

I was in need of furnished, short term temporary housing because of a new job opportunity in the Grand Rapids MI area. The process of getting an apartment that fit my needs in very short time was made easy by your company!! The apartment was in a good location, nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Changing jobs and relocating is stressful enough so it was very important to me not to worry about my housing needs. As soon as I arrived I was satisfied I made the right choice. All the people we dealt with at Blvd Suites Corporate Housing have been fantastic and always answered the questions we had quickly. Great organization and I highly recommend them.
