The building was quiet and clean. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Furnishings were clean. Kitchen was stocked with almost everything you could want.

They Will Steal Your Cleaning Products
Accommodations were good. Apartment was clean and in good condition. My main problem is that cleaning crews would use your cleaning products (dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, etc...) to clean your apartment. This was completely unacceptable to me. Cleaning crews should use their own products and not steal from occupants.

Nice stay but could be more maintenance.
I stay at the Dearborn Fairlane Meadow and the apartments are overall good. The climate control is a little noisy but it keeps you warm. Some parts of the apartment could use some maintenance, for example the paint of the bathtub was comming off. But I would stay there again for sure. I like the privacy and the fact that you have your own kitchen, fridge and washing / dryer machine.

a. It smell as poor ventilated, odor accumulations are not comfortable.

b. Furniture feels and look old and unattended, kitchen and bathroom.

1. Dish washer machine.

1. Hand washer (has a leak)
2. Tub´s covering is falling down.
2. Wi-Fi service is poor, does not even work on the upper floor.
a. Password taped on the paper is not correct, I used directed from the modem to be able to connect.
3. Main door is hung; the upper lock does not fit.
4. Housekeeping.
a. You can feel is only made on “visible areas”, you can find spider web behind louver.
b. As I mentioned, odors are like old and unattended place.

I have asked our Housekeeping Supervisor to inspect the unit according to your remarks and report her findings to the local Operations Manager. Additionally, I have made our Vice President of Operations aware of the situation, and she is exploring all options, from working with the property to completely refresh the unit (new carpet and paint, etc.) and having our team deliver new furniture, to simply surrendering the unit back to the property and requesting a more recently refreshed one. Your input is invaluable to our efforts to provide the pre-eminent furnished housing experience. While I regret we missed our goal with you, your feedback will help better ensure we deliver on it to others in the future, and perhaps you too should you stay with us again. Thank you again.
