Beautiful house, great staff
Beautiful house, great staff. Just did not like paying 2 weeks before due date! frequent owner visit was also a bit uncomfortable but ok after we got to know him. Overall we liked the stay.

Having temporary housing during our first two months in Cincinnati was really convenient. Our agent, Darrin Kerby, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and our transition smooth. He was always available to answer our questions and always had an answer for them. The apartment was nice, fully furnished and conveniently located. Overall an excellent experience.

Great but could improve
Suite was comfortable, with a great location. Clean and cozy.
However, there are certain areas were you could improve. Sound insulation is one of them, because when other suites turn their dishwasher or washing machine on, the noise is very loud inside mine.
Hot water in winter is very good for showers, but it gets cold very quickly for the bath tub.
A frying pan should be a must in the kitchen accessories.

A nice place
Place was clean! Well updated, close to everything, quite and good looking as well the negatives are in the 3 bedroom floor plan all the rooms are huge but! The 2 none master bedrooms they are so small and! 3-4 people living in one apartment with a tiny hot water hearter as long as you enjoy 7 min showers and half warm tubs. Overall a good experience though.

The service is great but....
The service is great, personal is doing a good job. The issue is the low maintenance on the apartments. Almost all the time with an issue (microwave ovens, electricity, etc).

The apartment was comfortable
The apartment was comfortable and convenient to central Boulder. It is apartment living and so you have to accept neighbors with barking dogs and other minor irritations, but in all it's a good place to stay.

Absolutely awesome company to work with, very friendly and polite staff. I stayed 3 month in Kansas City in an apartment provided through Blvd Suites Corporate Housing and another 2 month in Greenville, SC and there is absolutely nothing negative to say. The apartments are very nice equipped with everything you need for daily life and it's very well taken care of. I would highly recommend this company, there is nothing you can go wrong with.
