Fantastic Product & Service
I've followed Boundary for a good year or so now. I've loved their product and recently purchased a new house, so naturally, Boundary was my choice for an Alarm system. I have been thoroughly impressed with the system and the service I received from the engineer that installed it and the helpdesk has been second to none.
Anyone looking to purchase a new alarm or upgrade their existing system I would recommend they go down the Boundary route.
Love the smart home integration and I'm looking forward to seeing how the product grows in the future.

Excellent Alarm easy to set up and use.
I was one of the lucky people who won a Boundary Alarm System last week.
It arrived a couple of days later, the packaging is brilliant, I must say. I opened the box and followed all the instructions I just couldn't set it up, yes I was frustrated but one email to Boundary and bang the whole system, was up and running. I was dead excited to set it up I didn't read the instructions correctly I skipped a page 😂 so it was me who was doing something wrong it was not the Alarm system.
I've had it up and running now for a few days and I must say it's doing its job I left for work today and I forgot to set the Alarm and within minutes I got a notification on my phone to say I had not set my Alarm and would I like to set it.
I got the Hub, two door/window sensors and two movement sensors and a siren, and two fob keys. I will need one more door sensor because I have three doors and I will need two more fob keys that I will get another day.
I would certainly recommend this system, to family & friends you can go and pay £900 plus for an Alarm but if you want one that is simple to set up easy to use then please go and buy this you will not be disappointed
Customer Service was unbelievable with me and that's all you can ask for really

Rewriting the 'rules' for domestic security system suppliers
I have followed progress of Boundary & their product suite since they first begun crowdsourcing. From the get-go, I was super impressed. Although I'm yet to purchase, I have spent a lot of time comparing/reviewing 'new-tech' systems from multiple providers. Contacting Boundary for assistance & clarification over the last few weeks has been crucial in decision making and on the first occasion I was astonished at how quickly they got back to me. Every interaction since has been of the same outstanding quality.
Worth noting - monthly paid plans to support this system are affordable, value for money (IMO) and also a fraction of what some other providers charge.
There is an immense focus on Customer Experience from this company - quite remarkable versus the vast majority of modern-day organisations; in fact, I can't think of any other company I've dealt with who are so efficient and genuine - I have worked in Customer Experience roles in influential positions for Blue-Chip organisations so know how rare this is, and also, how difficult it is to achieve on a consistent basis - Boundary have set a very high bar, and added to their outstanding product offering, Customer Service/Care is (and should be) a deal-breaker. It's reassuring.
Although I haven't yet purchased (waiting for some outbuildings to be completed before replacing current alarm system with Boundary), the team have been wonderfully helpful, but, importantly, there has been absolutely zero attempt to procure a sale, pressure me into fast-tracking my purchase, or trying to directly influence my potential spend value. I really value that approach and believe it's the 'right' way to treat potential customers - many others, I know from experience, share that belief.
As can be seen from other reviews, Boundary just like everyone else are not immune from issues, however they have clearly and repeatedly demonstrated their genuine willingness and ability to deal and resolve all as swiftly and suitably as possible. Top marks.
This is not a 'paid' review - but it is authentic, warranted, and purposeful; I honestly, and fully, recommend wholeheartedly.

Good service, not so great alarm
Can not really fault the customer service or response from Boundary but I'm afraid the product just doesn't justify its price. Unless you wish to pay monthly the system is very limited with 2 sensors and users. The build quality is also lacking with flimsy mounts. It's a shame really as I would love to support this new company but the flaws prevent this.

Great innovative product A1 service
Great innovative product, versatile and does exactly what I want it to do. Accidentally damaged a sensor whilst decorating and Phil from customer service was very helpful in dealing with a minor issue I had.

Traditional or Boundary……..Clear Choice
This is the system you want, not what has been around for years. The build quality overall is great. If you have an issue support is there but only via ticketing system or chat, it would be nice to have telephone option in desperate situations. I had more than few issues when installing the system, support quickly resolved my problems and system was up and running in no time. It is pretty simple to install and configure the Alarm if you follow the instructions.
I hope the quality of support would remain this way and not fade once boundary has gained popularity and more customer base. Never reset the hub if you run into issues is what I learnt from my mistake & it’s there on the website.
I would not hesitate to recommend this system to anyone, it brilliant!

What a great system
What a great system, Delivered Next day, installed within 1 hour. Had a imperfection on the hub screen and was swapped next day. Support is fantastic response with a hour.

The team were very helpful in terms of clarifying a number of points. Ultimately I did not purchase a system as a subscription is required for any sensor number greater than 2 to keep the system " smart". That aside I would have purchased. Thanks

Contacted Customer Service re add on items & additional features of alarm system, responses were quick and communication was good, asked about a specific feature re door chime function, was told not available with in their system but could add a Smarthings capable chime, would have been helpful if they gave me a link for a suitable product.

A breath of fresh air
I purchased my Boundary alarm a week or so ago and had cause to contact support on a few occasions after setup both to clarify functionality and also to resolve an issue we had that, in fairness to Boundary, was one entirely of our own making.
On all occasions the support team were responsive, knowledgeable and either provided an explanation, or resolved the issue.
I usually dread contacting support because you end up having to do a merry dance around a script. Thankfully Boundary haven't fallen into that trap and frankly, they've set themselves an incredibly high bar to maintain!
Keep up the good work.

Top of the Range Product with amazing customer support
I don’t normally leave reviews but this company & product deserves a review for both the system & for the customer support they provide.
All my questions even before I ordered 2 systems have all been responded to very efficiently & professionally.
I am very impressed with the build quality of the product & it’s very straight forward to install with a very nice keypad/hub but it’s the phone app that make its for me, it does what it should & keeps you updated when it needs to & is a pleasure to use.
Would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Boundary.

Easy to install, the bell box or siren looks quite stylish as far as they go.

Is this the future of home alarm systems
Brought this after seeing a youtube video from Artisan Electricians as I my current wired system was out dated and unsupported and after completing research Boundary was one of few company who provided up front pricing.
Packaged arrived within two days of placing order. I will say it was well packaged and presented in an order to of which package to start with first as per the manufacturer's set up process i.e. Hub>Sensors>Siren, which I found extremely helpful.
Very straightforward to set up the alarm system installation via the boundary App once I created an account and set up the hub. Like any self install system I did come across a couple of gremlins, which the customer care service were second to none in response within business hours. No hesitation on replying back to you and the team provided the relevant information based on the email that was sent which was well written.
The customer support are very knowledgeable and very keen to get you up and running, even go so far to add additional messages to make sure everything is running smoothly in support of the help topics.
It's also nice to know that this company are uk based and have taken feedback positively to further the systems usability.
One area that Boundary should be more clear on is that a monthly plan is really required if you are intending to use more that the 2 users and 2 sensors, which in my case I had no choice but the use the subscription service, which I didn't mind paying the fee of £8 a month or £96 for the year.
I Would not hesitate to recommend this smart alarm system as I feel I have more control over how I use the system as I'm informed of any outage or suspect activity via mobile device. Plus the prices are advertised not like some other national alarm companies who want to provide you with a quote, which for me is a big no no.

A vendor that cares!
Received the Boundary within a couple of days. As I already have a alarm system that I will be upgrading from, I have not installed the sensors etc yet. I have just configured the app, and paired the sensors/sirens to the hub and this was very painless. I did this so that it speeds up the process of just placing the sensors around the house at a later date. I spoke to the support team who were very responsive if their responses and when asked about some features they were able to confirm that it's a feature that is in development and looking to be implemented and that is very pleasing to hear that a vendor is actually looking to actively develop that they produce and not just get to release the system and not develop it any further. So really happy that this system is continuously improved. Breath of fresh air!
