I totally agree with other buyer's. Please do not use this company. Put a 1 star as would not let me write anything. I was not happy with product, emailed to request I return it. Asked why, explained heater does not heat up room at all. No response from company since then even after further emails. I have logged a dispute with PayPal now so waiting for response.

I can't put no stars or I would I cancelled an order 1 month ago and I still haven't got my refund.
Keep getting responses saying they're trying and that it's going to be resolved when really it's just someone passing me off.
Been an awful experience and would never buy any item from this site.

I was looking at currys website for a novelty robot vacuum...when this page popped up offering one at half price...I genuinely thought I was buying from currys as I had ordered a new fridge freezer...I was shocked when I realised I had purchased from a company I had never heard of...after looking at the awful experiences and reviews I decided to cancel my order the day after purchase which was the 31 January 2022...I contacted my bank and said I think I've been scammed.
They said they would contact the merchant as it sounded suspicious..
Bearing in mind this company is based in tenerife and the reviews were so poor I had little confidence I would ever get my refund...but to be fair 3pm Wednesday 2nd Feb I did receive my refund...thanks to Paula and Emily...I am grateful to them...such a shame that this world is so corrupt and we don't trust...all I will say is...it was due to poor reviews that I cancelled my order...Helen

Bought an orbis heater, took ages to come, Customer service was diabolical, took ages to get back to you, and couldn't really answer my questions. Was eventually offered a 35% refund after constantly harassing them. Now the item less than 3 months old will literally stay on for less than 5 minutes, then switches off. Contacted the company and asked for a refund but was told.

I am very sorry to inform you that it has been more than 30 days since you received the product. We don't know how it was used.

As much as I want to process your request to reship or refund the item, I really cannot. Please do also understand that we have our own company policies that we need to observe as well.

Don't buy company is a rip off

Do NOT buy from this company I have just bought a Orbis heater from the company and it's already stop working on the first moment I pugged it in it went pop I'm glad in some kind of way because if it didn't stop immediately who knows what would have happen if left unattended i.e. Used in the kitchen to warm it up or god forbid left it on to warm upstairs before putting the kids to bed 🛏and yet this company as not been taken down you can still buy these faulty item's and no guidelines of how to return the faulty goods. who ever is in charge of the internets policy on letting companies to continue to sell items on there website or the internet should investigate the company's policy on returns if nothing is resolved then the internet it self and not pay pal or your credit/debt cards. and not the buyers having to go through the systems to get reimbursed
as the internet charges these company's for prime spots and the internet then should try and get the fee back as the company I'm pretty sure they will resolve this issue quickly as not to lose prime advertising and money

Saw online reviews which seemed good, bought a medium sized heated vest, however the quality was very poor and the size was X small with a m label, contact the company who as with other offered me a partial refund, lots of emails later I raised a case with PayPal and got my money back.

Awful communications, awful service and poor quality item.

I needed a better wifi booster as my present one did not cover my whole house. I saw buy tech nets review and it seemed to be ideal and I ordered one. I opened the box and it did say it was a wifi booster but it was so light I thought it must be just a hollow shell. I tried plugging it in but its performance was abysmally bad, it was worse than the one I wanted to replace. I looked up reviews of buy tech net and these were universally bad, I had been sold a very poor copy of a real booster. I emailed the company in tenerife and was told that they could offer me 25 percent off and I could keep the booster. I persisted and eventually they said that they could offer me 35 percent back but if I wanted to return it I would have send it to China air mail and registered post, they would charge a restocking fee of 15 percent and I would have to have confirmation from China that the item had been returned in good order but this would take weeks and I reluctantly accepted the 35 percent.

Thankfully after reading reviews on trustpilot i knew exactly what to do after ordering an Orbis heater from this so called company and receiving exactly the same rubbish as other reviewers which was to open a case with paypal,i have now had a full refund and will certainly read reviews on trustpilot BEFORE ordering anything else of the internet,after all the complaints about buy_-tech i am amazed paypal still endorse payment to these cowboys 😡

I ordered the wireless WiFi booster. It does not work and ignore emails for a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The heater I ordered is very poor quality. I have asked for a refund and they are just ignoring my emails. An absolute disgrace of a company. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I orderd a Astro C-3 robot vac. What I got was a "Bowal" It has no bluetooth connectivity as advertised or any features, it only has an on/off botton and is probably equivalent to $70 which is not what I wanted. I am not sure about theur money back guarantee either.

This is a scam. Bought from them and they sent me rubbish. I asked for a refund and got no reply except more spam. Do not purchase from this company

The wifi extenders do not work at all! They say I need to return them to China for a refund.
After 3 months the pretended to issue a refund (It showed up as pending, then it disappeared). Now they won't answer emails.

Avoid as this nothing but a con, product is not as advertised only good as a toy a very bad toy, advert promises mean nothing full of hassle and will not refund in full have to return and then charge you15% restocking

Hopeless company who should not be allowed to trade anywhere. Wi Fi extender does not work, they offered me 25% discount to keep it???? Why would anyone accept anything less than 100% refund or a free replacement?

Please DO NOT under any circumstances buy from this company. I ordered an item in November. After a few emails in December informing them that I had not received the item, they replied stating that the item was returned. I was offered an option of another being sent out or a refund. I opted for the full refund. Since 14 January 2022 I have sent them 7 emails. To date I have not had a response. Extremely poor customer service and it looks like I will not be getting a refund. So not only did I not receive the item , I have am unlikely to be refunded despite sending them numerous emails. If I could give them a minus rating I would.

I ordered a heater and cancelled order within 20 hours of placing order. They took money out of my account anyway. Again I kept emailing to cancel order but they deiced to ignore all this and still take my money....disgusting service !!!
