Total scam don’t believe their adverts.
Bought two heaters which do not work. They asked me for a video showing the damage. There was no damage just a piece of rubbish that gave out no heat. PayPal refunded the cheaper heater but I have to send the other heater back to Tenerife at my expense, £12.75 and when the company receive it I will get a refund from PayPal. This company is a total scam with two people buying and selling cheap rubbish from China but charging a lot. Avoid this company unless you want ripped off.

Foolishly purchased a fitness watch…
Foolishly purchased a fitness watch after it came up as a best seller on a best watches site. Got an email stating i had ordered 2 and checked my bank account and they had taken 2 payments. Emailed straight away to highlight this and was offered 35% refund off the 2nd one, said no thanks, then 50% etc etc. The watch shows it's charging but after 10 hours overnight it still showed a red battery. I stated this to them and they want me to email a video of it not charged which i said would be a very long video, they really do play the dummy act. I have been going back and forth with them to say i just want to return (yes back to some address in China) and get a full refund but all i get is offers of % refund. Had to snip a pic of consumer rights and 14 day returns to try and prove a point but still no joy. So looks like i am £80 out of pocket and stuck with 2 useless wristbands.
Fuming :(
Actually shocked
Actually shocked. Repeater worked and shipped actually quite fast from china.
After reading I wasn’t very optimistic. Not saying everyone else is lying just speaking on my experience.
Massive scam - do not buy from this company!
Massive scam - do not buy from this company! Crappy heaters, the same quality can be found on Amazon for £17 each. I asked if I could return for a refund, instead I was offered a 25% discount, then 35%, then 50% discount. All of which I declined as the heaters are ridiculously overpriced for what they are (cheap fakes from China).
Buy-Tech said if I wanted a refund I would need to pay to return the items to China, and then they would also still take a 15% 'processing fee' to process the return. Illegal and against the Consumer Rights Act of 2015!
Luckily I had paid for the products with my Credit Card, so was able to get a full refund from them.
Please avoid this company at all costs!
Omg....wish I'd read all the reviews
Omg....wish I'd read all the reviews. Bought a fit2go wrist band....arrived and its fit2go nowhere....despite charging it for a long period it doesn't hold any charge....and it has not connected to the app on my phone...completely not fit for purpose....I've emailed this morning....of course, as yet no reply
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. This is a SCAM. Purchased Buddy Buds Pro and whilst they basicaly worked, they did not function how the shoddy supplied instructions implied.
They came back to me on my initial email and offered me a replacement that never turned up. When I then requested a refund as their website advertised..... I was met with complete silence.
ear buddies…
My wife bought me a set of ear buddies wireless buds at Xmas. They work, unlike the postage stamp size instructions. When I contacted them via email for correct and understandable instructions, I was sent info on an electric jacket. Next contact was an offer to refund 50%. Yes please. Still waiting!!!!!! Would not advise any dealings with this rip off company/person.
Scam company
Scam company. Complete rip-off. Poor quality, nasty Chinese products that have to be returned to China to get a refund. This website should be taken down.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing!
Ordered an Orbis Heater, it sounded too good to be true and of course it was. Arrived in a slightly battered box with no mention of Orbis on the packaging. Plugged it in and hey guess what, dead as a Dodo. Contacted Buy-Tech by email and they offered me a 25% discount to keep the thing. Why would I accept 25% off of something that does not work! If only I had read the reviews Before buying the useless piece of Chinese junk. Buyers beware avoid at all costs. Update : Buy-Tech have now offered me a 40% discount to keep it or return it to China. I'm cutting my losses and taking the 40%, I guess it is better than nothing. Watch this space...
Absolute rubbish
Do not use this company. This is a SCAM. They have conned me out of £76.00. How I wish I had read the reviews.
They came back to me on my initial email and then when I requested a refund for the item that did not work nothing. DO not waste your money.

Too bad for me I didn't read the reviews before I bought the heaters online. Talk about a bunch of crap these things won't even heat up anything, I plugged the heater in my small room and ran it for 3 hours and the temperature came up .2 degrees. The worst part is I can not find out how to return them, what scammers they are, do not buy from Buy-Tech.
cheap product
cheap product, one pocket had broken zip and the sizes are very very small ie i purchased an xxl and cant zip it up as its to small i am a 42 inch chest but the xxl jacket is 38 inch so prob made for smaller chinese people.
DO NOT BUY from this website
DO NOT BUY from this website.
I bought x2 Antartic Air Evaporative air coolers for just under $90 each. They have arrived and are cheap rubbish that do nothing even similar to what was advertised. I have emailed Buy tech re the quality and received nil response. I would suggest everyone stay away from any products on this website.
Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. Ordered Astro C3 vacuum- utter rubbish (worth £10 at most). Took months to get a response, they then informed me I had to return it to China at my cost, less 30% fees.
A nasty little cheat of a site - needs blocking
Disatified customer
Disatified customer. Purchased heated gilet for £52 pounds for a Xmas present. So wish I'd read reviews before purchasing. Admittedly it arrived quite quickly but when I unpacked it was really disappointed. Meant to be size med but was tiny probably more like a size 8. The quality was poor.
I contacted company and they offered me 25% refund which I declined they then put 50% refund on my payment method. Although better than nothing but still meant it cost me £26 pounds for something that is of no use to me. If I'd wanted cheap tat would of bought it off a market stall for much less money and would have had a size that fits an adult. Would definitely not recommend this company. And be aware when I saw this gilet advertised it was called Oaxis jacket with good reviews obviously false, there was no mention of the name buytech.net until the end of sale.
