My item when it finally arrived was lovely, however the delivery was awful.
Was told my item would arrive on Monday then Tuesday then Thursday and it finally arrived Friday afternoon.
Lots of wasted time waiting around.
I would recommend changing your delivery company as it would put me off shopping with you in the future.

Was a little apprehensive about buying from CharlesTed as I had never heard of them before. Would buy again as customer service and especially the packaging was faultless. The lamp base was lighter in weight than expected nevertheless am pleased with my purchase.

An item arrived damaged in the post. After emailing customer care at CharlesTed Interiors they dealt with the issue promptly and efficiently. The faulty item was replaced in a matter of days. I couldn't have asked for better service.
