So I’ve just received my whistler coffee table I had seen all over Instagram. It was in their sale at a significant reduced price and I was a bit wary due to it being my first order and the discount being offered. I can honestly say it’s absolutely fantastic quality and It just didn’t meet their quality checks due to the color .! I am over the moon as it was less than half price plus p & p

I’m not sure why there are some negative reviews with delivery. When I checked When it would be delivered, it was booked in ASAP at a day convenient to me. I could then track my courier to get my estimate delivery time. I know collections are generally different and generally it can be all day slots from Previous experience with other companies .

I can honestly say the item throughly exceeded expectations and the service getting it to me.

’I’ve actually become a fan of independent companies since covid as they are more personable rather than just being left on a line saying there are long queues as our employees are working remotely!

I couldn’t love this company more. I often pop online and then get tempted into something beautiful that I didn’t know I needed!! I ordered some gorgeous cutlery that we use everyday and lots of lovely home accessories. I’m always amazed at how great the quality is and how reasonably priced it is too. I love the whole process and of course receiving the beautifully packaged parcel that arrives to my door. CharlesTed is one of my favourite online interiors shop and I love following the girls and getting inspired by their videos. Just brilliant.

Please please avoid this company at all costs! I was so excited to order a new vase and flowers for my new house not only when the order arrived ami realised I received double of what I ordered but when I reached out to them always made me feel it was my fault. I understood these things may happen even though I was sure I didn’t. So I arranged for them to collect the order. Since then there have been 5 failed collections. DPD says The collection was booked incorrectly by CharlesTed every single time. I have reached out to Summer and on her email didn’t say sorry or apologised but instead made me feel as this was all my fault. I had never been left feeling this way by customer service. They overcharged me and on top of that are keeping my funds as long as possible by not coming to collect this order. These boxes are huge and I staying at home every day to wait for a collection has been extremely inconvenient. Avoid this company is my best advice! Now let’s hope I get my money back 🙏🏼

Stunning products & excellent customer service. I ordered two cassius stone lamps which are absolutely beautiful and of excellent quality. One item was slightly damaged however after contacting Charlested they swiftly arranged delivery of a replacement within days. Any other queries I have are answered quickly and fully. Beautiful items and excellent customer service. I have and will be ordering again!

I bought the large round Aria vase. It arrived very promptly and extremely well packed. The vase is lovely and was at a very good price. The communication from the company throughout was brilliant. I would definitely recommend and will use again.
