You search for Claude
You search for Claude, you click on the hit, that looks like Claude, but it's this crap. Too bad you only realised after paying, their policy explicitly states there's no refund for mistaken purchase.
It's a total SCAM, horrible company.
No refundings..scam totally a scam..
No refundings..scam totally a scam... in facebook so many adds related to this... complete scam ... no one answers any question.. spam scam don't use it
Chatly is a scam product
Chatly is a scam product. Beware!
Chatly is using marketing to trap users into a subscription aiming to actually buy Claude or other 'original' subscriptions.
Chatly's product is very poor.
Chatly does not adhere to their own T&As and negates refunds even if requested within the time granted.
SCAM. They will never refund you as their policy claims. Buyer beware!
Tested and contacted chat support to cancel the account within 24 hours. However chat support agreed to cancel but never refunded the money at all. They are basically scammers. The system is so slow and in between they keep offering an upgrade for better efficiency. The upgrade is the same, still uselesss.
Avoid this service at all costs
I subscribed because Chatly appears to position itself in search results alongside AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude. Once I realised it wasn't what I thought I was signing up for, I immediately requested a refund.
Their website states that refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. However, my request was refused. I was then directed to fine print saying they don't issue refunds if you "mistakenly subscribed."
That completely contradicts the advertised 24-hour refund policy. If a customer can't receive a refund within the stated refund period because they subscribed by mistake, then the policy is, in my opinion, misleading.
My advice is to read the terms very carefully before entering your payment details. Based on my experience, I would avoid this service.
They are a scam and misleading
They are a scam and misleading! Dont use it. they do not refund. SCAM!!!!!!
This company is a big sacm
This company is a big sacm. It runs add and make logo looks like claude. They charge you money by fraudelent practices. If you accidentally get a subscription thinking you are paying for Claude and then ask for refund, even if you are within the guidelines of refund policy they do not refund your money. Everyone who see this feedback report this Company as much as possible so that scammers like these are shut down.
Chatly has no problem accepting…,
Chatly has no problem accepting payments but makes it almost impossible to cancel account. Endless roundabout from one unhelpful page to another, no response to e-mails. Not recommended.
I purchased the premium membership…
I purchased the premium membership expecting unlimited or reasonable usage, but I was given only 90 credits. Those credits are used up after just one or two messages, making the premium subscription practically useless.
This feels very misleading because the limitations were not made clear before I subscribed. Charging for a premium plan while providing such a small number of credits is extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend this app. Read the subscription details very carefully before purchasing so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Worst and most toxic company I have ever seen
Worst company and product I have ever used. Their chatbot convinced me that I need to switch to their service and pay. I did it and it failed miserably in creating even the basic tasks, I even gave them proof of it. They dined the refund. And few months later the subscription somehow renew itself. They have a full list of situation which you are denied refund. Only If you react in 12 hours of the automated subscription renewal, Only if you are in EU country, only if its a specific related problem, then you can get a refund. And you will get maximum of 50% refund and not the entire sum you paid for their awful service and shitty product. Stay away from this toxic company. It's a fraud at best. Those people are evil.
this is a scam
this is a scam! uses phishing advertising pretending to be other AI platforms. Stay away!
GENUINE SCAM! Currently under government investigation for fraud.
SCAM! BEWARE! I know a lot of people are quick to judge and call a company a scam out of frustration or emotion. But rest assured, this is truly a scam. I purchased an annual subscription back in December, which was advertised as having unlimited regular chat with a decent variety of AI models, a monthly allotment of premium AI credits (images, videos, etc). It worked great for a few months, and then suddenly I could not use my subscription at all. Everytime I would place an AI query, it would throw a sales window at me saying that my subscription doesn't include AI chats and I must pay for a pro plan. I spent two weeks arguing with their suppot departments and they keep responding that they changed their rate plans so my subscription is no longer valid. I paid for an annual membership, I'm not even half-way through it, and they cut it off. This is, by definition, a scam. Be warned, this is truly a scam. I since gave up and switched to ChatDay. They are much better, a bit more expensive but not so much as to matter really. What's more important is that it works properly, is not a scam, and their Claude Sonnet model works SO MUCH BETTER than Chatly! Trust me, do not pay for their services, they will steal your money and cancel your subscription on you!
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible customer experience.
I accidentally purchased a subscription and contacted support immediately requesting a refund. Despite acting straight away and explaining the situation honestly, my refund was refused.
The most frustrating part is the way the refund policy is presented. As an EU customer, I believed I may qualify for a refund based on the wording of the policy. After multiple emails, delays, and escalations, I was repeatedly referred to clauses that ultimately overrode the sections that appeared to offer refund eligibility.
To their credit, support remained polite. However, politeness does not change the outcome. The end result was that a customer who contacted them immediately after an accidental purchase received no refund whatsoever.
The entire process felt designed to reject refund requests rather than help customers. I spent far more time arguing about the policy than I ever spent using the service itself.
It is totally SCAM.
It is totally SCAM.
I am requesting a full refund right now. We all know they use deceptive Google Ads and cloned websites that mimic Anthropic's official branding to trick users into paying for their service. If you got scammed, please cancel your subscription right awasy, and contact (email) for a full refund. It is against Google ADs policy for potential trademark misuse and misleading representation, specifically for bidding on a competitor's brand name ("Claude" /
Anthropic) to redirect consumers.
Scam!!!
Be very aware that this is an absolute scam. I somehow got subscribed and had 110 dollars(91.98 euros) removed from my account with a subscription. I immediately emailed for cancellation and refund to only have replies from AI. I've had to raise this with my bank for refund and cancel my card. Complete scam artists that rip people off. Dirtbags.
Dishonest scamming company AVOID
I was trying to subscribe to Claude and somehow I ended up with Chatly. I unsubscribed within an hour and then went through the refund process on the company's website. They flatly refused to refund me.
Having now read other reviews about Chatly, this seems to be a common trend.
They are capturing customers fraudulently who are actually wanting to purchase Claude and then refusing a refund even though you meet the requirements of their refund policy.
Steer well clear.
Scam!!
Scam!!! Deceptive marketing tactics - they disguised themselves as Claude.AI and it wasn't until I paid the $90 annual fee that I immediately discovered that they weren't Claude.AI. Upon immediately emailing them to request a refund - they denied it citing that their terms and conditions explicitly say "no refunds for mistaken or accidental purchases" - basically trying to cover themselves for their marketing scheme that lures people in who mistake them for other AI services. Terrible that companies like this exist.
Chatly ai is fraud at best. Chatly Claude, in it together?
This is a very interesting case of fraud by AI adverts. I expect Claude.Ai to do something about this as most customers were looking to purchase Claude and somehow get redirected to Chatly and only after hitting pay, do you realise you have been misled. Seems like a honest experience, this becomes a nightmare and intentional when you realise you are not granted a refund even for not using and immediately seeking a refund.
The name Chatly ai should be synonymous with fraud, scam, dubious and any other negative connotations. Despicable and a true example of how programmers and service providers easily decisive people to just get richer.
So sad.
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. They claim to have proper subscription to the tools but the quality of their product is terrible. Avoid at all costs!!! They do not refund anything and their chat support responds in 1 month.
Scam, don’t fall for it!
Scam! How they get subscribers is completely unethical. I searched for "Claude" on Google and clicked on what I thought was the official site but instead it was Chatly AI’s misleading sponsored ads designed to confuse people into thinking they are Claude. They literally say Claude in the header and description and no where does it say they are Chatly other than the link itself. I requested a refund but they refused. In their refund policy, it specifically says they won’t refund due to misleading advertisement acknowledging they are running a scam!
