Yeah wish I saw these trust pilot…

Yeah wish I saw these trust pilot reviews before jumping on. I also was confused as I thought it was Claude Ai I was on. They were clever with the Google Ad spend and SEO - along with branding - I also tried to cancel 1 hour after realising what happened. No refund.

Misleading marketing

My boss accidentally subscribed us for a full year—she was searching for Claude, but Chatly’s aggressive marketing put their site at the top, and it wasn’t immediately obvious. We tried to cancel and request a refund right away, but all we received was a generic, automated response that we can't get a refund (Regarding your request, please note that as per our refund policy, dissatisfaction with text output, style, creative output, aesthetic choices, or subjective preferences once Services have been delivered is not eligible for a refund.) - I am not sure how is this allowed nowadays!! I may report them to the Trading Standards
Be extra careful if you’re considering them, as they don’t appear to offer any flexibility for changing your mind.

This is total scam

This is total scam! Their website and branding deliberately mimic the appearance of Claude, the official AI assistant developed by Anthropic. As a direct result of this misleading presentation, I purchased a subscription believing I was accessing an official Anthropic product. Be careful! I will try to get a refund but I don't know how long it will take or if it’s possible. They are total scam and a bad bad company.

Scam

Sama expirience as all others. I canceled the subscription after a couple of chat messages, but they didn't refund and never answered my emails.

I wish there were a ZERO star rating

I wish there were a ZERO star rating. An absolute crook, misdirecting enquiries for real AI app like Claude or ChatGPT to its own site and enticing to buy a subscription, and then refusing a refund when the deceit is uncovered. Stay away!!!

Feels like a trap: no service, no refund, no response

This feels less like a business and more like a trap.

I accidentally purchased a subscription and requested a refund within less than 3 hours, the same day, without ever using the service. Despite this, Chatly refused to refund the charge, hiding behind a rigid “no refunds” policy.

Let’s be clear: keeping 100% of a payment for a service that was never accessed is not about “policy”, it’s about choosing to profit from a mistake.

I escalated the issue respectfully, pointed out the timeline, and even asked for the version of the refund policy that was in effect at the time of purchase (since the one they reference appears to have been updated afterward). After that, they simply stopped responding.

No resolution. No transparency. Just silence.

This is not how legitimate, customer-focused businesses operate. Trust is built by how you handle situations like this, and in this case, Chatly failed completely.

If your business model depends on holding onto money from customers who never used your service and reported the issue immediately, that says everything.

Proceed with caution.

This Ai is a scam

This Ai is a scam. They falsely advertise that they are Claude. They refuse to provide a refund even though I didn't use the platform at all and their terms say 24 hours full refund after sign up. The customer service is terrible and takes forever to respond.

Total scam

Total scam. You're not singing up for Claude - it's their own AI agent and they disguise their ad to make it look like they are selling a legitimate service. The company won't offer a refund. Be warned!

Very disappointing experience – no refund even with same-day cancellation

I mistakenly subscribed while trying to access Claude AI and realized the error shortly afterward. I canceled the subscription the same day and contacted support immediately requesting a refund.

The service was barely used, but the company refused the refund stating it is “not part of their policy.” This approach feels unfair and not customer-friendly.

When a user cancels within hours of subscribing and requests a refund right away, most reputable services would handle the situation differently.

Be careful before purchasing.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! Deceptive billing and dispute manipulation by Asad M.

WARNING: Do not trust this service! Chatly uses hidden subscription traps to charge large amounts without clear consent. When I initiated a chargeback through my bank, their support (specifically a representative named Asad M.) contacted me via email begging me to "withdraw the dispute" in exchange for a refund. This is a direct violation of Visa and Mastercard Merchant Rules! They are trying to trick customers into dropping legal protection so they can keep the stolen money. I have reported their Merchant ID to Stripe and filed an abuse report with Cloudflare. Total fraud. Avoid at all costs! #scam #fraud #chatly

Do not give up! Full refund only after threatening a chargeback

Chatly.ai is a total subscription trap. I requested a refund within 2 hours of subscribing due to their misleading service, but they flatly refused.
After several emails, they tried to trick me into accepting a "50% partial refund" to settle the case. I refused to compromise. It was only after I issued a final ultimatum—stating I would initiate a Credit Card Chargeback with my bank—that they finally agreed to a full refund.
Advice to others: Do not accept their partial refund offers. Stand your ground and threaten a dispute/chargeback. They only pay back when they know you’re serious.

I paid 14$ for a Chatly subscription…

I was looking to subscribe to Claude.

After clicking what I believed was an ad for Claude AI, yheir logo are similar.

It was not Claude, is just a website that kink all free model on the market, kind of a simple bookmark.

When I realised my mistake, I contacted support immediately and requested a refund. I a waitig for the response, if they refund I will be back here to mention it.

If not, I will ask my bank for help.

This is not Claude. It is a separate product using similar positioning in ads.

I would not have purchased if the distinction had been clear.
