I searched for "ClaudDeceptive advertising - Avoid at all costse Pro" on Google…

I searched for "Claude Pro" on Google and clicked on what I thought was the official site. Turns out it was Chatly AI running misleading sponsored ads designed to confuse people into thinking they're buying Anthropic's Claude.
Their website mimics Claude's branding. They claim to offer "premium Claude models" but don't even have Opus 4.5.
I realized my mistake immediately, never used the service, and requested a refund. Three emails later: complete silence. No response, no refund, nothing.
Now I'm disputing the charge with my bank and reporting them to Google Ads and the FTC.
Stay far away from this company. If you want Claude, go directly to claude.ai.

I have purchased this Chatly…Thinking it was Claude.

I have purchased this Chatly application by mistake, thinking that I was buying Claude ai. Because they have paid advertisements when Claude is searched on the internet.

As soon as I realized this, I stopped using it and canceled my yearly subscription. I haven't used the app maybe 15 minutes, still thinking I bought the Claude app.

I mailed the suport and asked for a refund.

They responded 9 days later.

Of course they denied.

This company is not out for a fair business. They squeeze people for small money.

They are bound for bankrupcy.

⚠️ Avoid Chatly

⚠️ Avoid Chatly — highly unfair refund practices.
I met all the conditions for a FULL refund under their own policy (time + usage), yet they refused and tried to push only a 50% refund. I only got my 100% money back through a bank chargeback (Revolut).
If I hadn’t escalated it, I would have lost the money.
Be very careful — support does everything to avoid issuing proper refunds.

I was scammed by Chatly

I was scammed by Chatly. I was looking to purchase a Claude subscription and accidentally clicked on their link as it came up as one of the top results and looked like Claude. I puchased a yearly subscription and only then realized it was the wrong site. I immediately emailed them asking for a refund and was told that they'd incurred "significant hard costs associated with this subscription" and that accidental purchases weren't eligible for a refund. Scam.

Avoid Chatly.ai – They Don’t Honor Their Own Refund Policy

I subscribed to Chatly.ai and requested to cancel just 3 hours later, after using fewer than 3 messages. Their own refund policy states that users are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours as long as they’ve used fewer than 7 messages — which I clearly met.

Despite this, Chatly.ai refused to refund me, not even partially, unlike most reputable service providers. They simply ignored their own stated policy.

This experience made the service feel misleading and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing. They do not stand behind the policies they publish.

Total scam

The site is full of bugs, barely works, and they still refuse to refund a clearly broken service. Zero support, zero honesty.

I intended to subscribe to Claude and…

I intended to subscribe to Claude and searched for it on Google, but I was misled into purchasing a subscription on chatlyai.app instead. The website appears in search results in a way that makes it look like an official Claude page, and the interface closely resembles Claude’s design. As a result, I unknowingly subscribed to a completely different service.

I contacted support immediately after realizing the mistake, but the refund process has been unclear and slow. For a digital subscription purchased only minutes/hours earlier, a simple and transparent refund should be standard, yet the cancellation and billing flow felt deliberately confusing.

Another critical point: the name “Chatly” is originally associated with the legitimate German service chatly.solutions. The site I ended up on — chatlyai.app — exploits this similarity and creates even more confusion. This makes chatlyai.app feel like a deceptive service designed to mislead users searching for Claude.

I am now escalating this through a Stripe/Card dispute due to insufficient support and misleading UI.

If you are looking for real Claude or GPT access, **this is NOT the place.**
Be careful — the site can easily trick users into thinking it’s related to Claude or to the legitimate chatly.solutions service.

Very disappointing experience, and I hope this review prevents others from making the same mistake.

Misleading Policies and Poor Business Ethics — Avoid This Company

I entered into a contract with Chatly in good faith, expecting a professional service and a fair process if things didn’t go as represented. Unfortunately, what I received was a confusing, contradictory refund policy used as a shield to deny accountability.

Their “refund policy” is written in a way that contradicts itself throughout — making it impossible for customers to know what’s actually covered. When I requested a refund based on legitimate dissatisfaction, their team responded with vague justifications and refused to take responsibility, despite their own unclear terms.

This isn’t about minor disappointment — it’s about a company that hides behind policy language to avoid making things right. It is predatory and unethical, especially toward customers acting in good faith.

I strongly recommend anyone considering Chatly to think twice. Their practices do not reflect transparency, fairness, or customer care.

It took 8 days for their team to respond to my email and a further 2 days before they informed me that there was nothing that they could do.
Really poor customer service when the intial automated response says there will be a response within 48 hours.
Not only will I not use my subscription but I will not be recommending this service.

this is totally a scam. Don't sign up. I disputed the charge on my credit card once I saw that they are unable to do the work requested. They don't even know english. Terrible! Wish I had read the reviews before paying.

Would be zero stars if I could

Would be zero stars if I could.
I signed up thinking this was going to be around $3.75 a month, and it turns out I’ve been charged over $60 a month, sometimes $63, sometimes $68, sometimes $69, for a very long time. I’ve never used the service, not even once.
There’s no easy way to cancel. You can’t just go into your account and end your subscription. You have to contact support directly, which is ridiculous in 2025. I only discovered all this after peeling through months of credit card statements and realizing I’d been throwing money at a service I didn’t even know was active.
Now I’m having to talk to my credit card company and file a fraud claim, which means canceling my card right before I travel. Total nightmare.
Absolutely do not sign up for Chatly. Zero transparency, no self-service cancellation, and wildly overpriced for what’s supposed to be free.
